Emailing,calling them but no ******* answers!!redicoulous!hotels says they were saying that I booked from hotelBeds but hotelbeds is wasnt answering either!!!!!what kind of service is it!!!!!!! ... I booked on May **th **** and says its comfirmed and completed and of course charged to my credit card full payment.Then i came to City Garden hotel Northpoint says I don’t have my booking and Agoda travel doesnt do anything about it becoz it’s on Hotel beds agency booked which is I am not aware as my emails confirmations were all from Agoda.Now keep calling and still can’t do about it.Didnt imform me of it’s cancelled becoz thats what’s the receptionist says.I want an answer for my missing booking and I want to make sure that you will cancel the amount of $***.** usd on mu credit card.Hope this fix and hopefully you will responds!*Norma Hammonds
No responds,no notifications,can’t contact them!!!!need to refund the amount that they have charged on my credit card!!!!!!
By constant communication!!!!call or email us(guests)if there’s any issue so we won’t walk into the hotel like an idiot and embarassed because we were upset and pissed of coz can’t find our booking!!!!!!!
I used this few times and no problem this is the first time worse!!!!I am a traveller for business and leisure and I expected better service than this!!!!
