this is pertaining with my booking last may **, ****, i book thru agoda booking a two room at prime city resort hotel using my samsung visa, ill expect its already book since agoda sent email to me that my booking was already confirm with booking reference number of ********* amounting to **.** usd, but unfortunately when we arrive on the said hotel the front desk told us that our booking is not reflected on their record so what we do we book again for two room with booking reference ********* amounting to *** usd.. what happen or problem why our first booking was neglect and how can i compensate that amount.
