I always buy flight & hotel using agoda. Agoda let Cancel with a full refund making Within **hrs. So,on that day,within ** hrs, I cancelled my booking Bcoz of urgent matters.*But on that day and after the day, I did not receive any issue (booking Cancellation email) from Agoda.**So,Please issue straight away confirmatory email.Thanks.**I trust that Agoda will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
