Dear Sir/Madam, I have made a booking at HUES BOUTIQUE HOTEL via Agoda.com for my family's stay from April [redacted] to April [redacted] for [redacted] nights. Upon further investigation, I discovered that this hotel may not be suitable for my family due to the presence of a nightclub that attracts a young crowd from outside. After reviewing various negative reviews and making calls to Dubai for verification, I determined that the environment, with intoxicated individuals and potential disturbances from the nightclub, is not family-friendly. This is my first time booking on Agoda.com, and I was unable to reach their customer service for assistance. Despite Agoda.com's policy stating that the booking is non-refundable, I am seeking your help as I am set to lose USD [redacted] for the [redacted] nights. I urgently need to find an alternative hotel that better suits my family's needs. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I canceled my initial booking because I mistakenly reserved a Classic Double Bed room instead of the Sea Breeze room. I quickly rebooked the Sea Breeze room and received a new confirmation. The second reservation was made right after the cancellation, and due to the no-cancellation policy, I am worried about being charged for both rooms. Can Agoda make the necessary adjustments or guide me on the next steps? Hello, I made a reservation using my boss's credit card, and the confirmation states that I must present the same credit card and a valid photo ID at check-in. Since the card isn't mine, how can I proceed? Can I simply show my ID at the hotel, or is there an alternative solution for a smooth check-in process? I appreciate your prompt response. Thank you.

I made a reservation for a deluxe room at Jpark Waterpark Resort in Mactan, Cebu for one night on April 23, [redacted]. I used my debit card and noticed that I was double-charged for the same room. There were two transactions on my account for the same amount. When I checked in at the resort, they mentioned that Agoda had only notified them of one night in one room. They advised me to reach out to Agoda to request a refund for the overcharged amount of 9,[redacted].00 Php for one night. I have sent an email to Agoda but haven't received a response in four days. I tried contacting their customer service, and my phone credits were used up while waiting on hold. I am eager to speak with someone to ensure I get the refund promptly as it is a significant sum that we need to use. Thank you.

I made a booking with Hotel Jen Manila for May 5-6, [redacted] (1 night) with Booking ID [redacted]40. I was supposed to receive a confirmation email and voucher within 10 minutes, but I have not received anything yet. I have tried following up six times to no avail. I am frustrated by the response from customer service stating they cannot disclose information due to an email discrepancy. I used the same email address for this booking as I did for my Agoda account and previous hotel bookings. If this booking is not valid, finding another hotel in the area will be difficult due to a nationwide event. I am hoping for a prompt resolution as my check-in date is approaching. Thank you.

I made a reservation through Agoda on Saturday, April 28, [redacted], for a 12-night stay at Hotel Skypark Myeongdong II in Seoul, South Korea. Our check-in date is May 3, [redacted], and check-out is on May 15, [redacted]. I completed the booking process with Agoda online, consisting of 2 steps for customer information and payment, and received a final booking confirmation. I was supposed to get a confirmation email at [redacted], but it didn't arrive. My booking didn't show up in my Agoda account either. After rebooking the same stay, I got another confirmation without an Agoda booking ID. I haven't seen any charges on my credit card yet. Hotel Skypark couldn't find my reservation, so I contacted Agoda, but the automated system wasted a lot of my time. This situation is frustrating especially since our trip is approaching. We had a better experience with booking.com before, but this time Agoda had a deal we couldn't resist. It's disappointing to have two confirmed bookings without proper confirmation details.

Dear Customer Service, I am reaching out regarding my recent booking at Amethyst Resort Pasikuda under the ID: [redacted]73. Unfortunately, our experience was not as expected during our full board stay at the beach resort. Upon arrival, we faced considerable delays in receiving our lunch, causing distress to my hungry children who waited for over an hour. The presence of VVIP guests resulted in a lack of attention from the staff and management towards us, despite our efforts to remind them of our pending order. Regrettably, even attempts to communicate with the manager were unsuccessful as they were unresponsive to our concerns. Due to the unsatisfactory service, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our booking and depart from the resort. I kindly request a prompt refund for the inconveniences faced. I made a booking through Agoda for a room at Best Western Hotel Aeropuerto in Barcelona. I am currently disputing the cancellation of my room, which I did not cancel. According to your information, it was canceled through a mobile app that I do not own. I spoke to Ester Sole at the hotel, who mentioned that the room would remain mine if Agoda contacts them and acknowledges their error. The hotel received the cancellation from Agoda and holds them responsible. They reached out to Visa and mentioned initiating a dispute after 15 days if the matter is not resolved. I am without a room until Agoda contacts the hotel. My booking ID is [redacted]79. If this issue persists, I would like to request contact information for the president.

On Tuesday, May 8th, at 6:30 pm, we checked into our hotel room and were disappointed to find it very dirty overall. The private pool had greenish algae marks, and the water was unclean. The electrical outlets and equipment were not up to standard and posed a danger with bare wires taped together. Rusty nails were sticking out around the pool, the wooden slats were rotten and loose, creating a hazard to walk on. The showerhead was rusty and covered in limescale. The curtains were torn, the sheets were dirty with stains and some hairs on them. We had to cancel our reservation at this establishment and book another one nearby. I am requesting a refund for the 5 canceled nights.

I made a reservation on agoda.com with the "book now pay later free cancellation" option. My booking ID is [redacted]05. Although I was supposed to pay on 13/4/18 and had free cancellation until 15/4/18, I was charged on 13/4/18 and cancelled on 14/4/18 within the free cancellation period. However, it has been 25 days, and I have not received a refund yet. I have tried contacting them via phone and email with no response. When I chatted with them, I was informed that the amount was just authorized, not charged, and was advised to contact the bank. The bank confirmed the deduction and requested a reference number from the vendor for tracing purposes. Agoda has not provided this reference number. I need assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I utilized Agora to reserve my stay. The reservation was for a room at the Best Weaten Plus in Twin Falls, Idaho, for May 11th to May 12th. I booked a Standard Room with a King Bed. Despite the website showing pictures and listing a whirlpool jacuzzi tub, the room did not have one upon arrival. The front desk staff confirmed that a standard room with a king bed does not include a jacuzzi tub. I feel misled as the jacuzzi tub was the sole reason I chose that room, and as the hotel did not allow me to switch or refund due to booking through Agora, I am requesting a refund for the inaccurate information on their website. My Booking ID was [redacted]47 and the last four digits of the charged credit card are [redacted]. The amount charged was $[redacted].23.

I booked a room online based on the description provided, but upon arrival, the room did not match the advertised features. The listing promised a standard room with a king-size bed and a jacuzzi tub, yet the room did not have the jacuzzi tub as described. Despite raising the issue with the front desk, they were unable to assist as I had booked directly. I am disappointed as the presence of the jacuzzi tub influenced my decision to book that room specifically. Dear Customer Service, I am writing to inform you about my recent stay at the Cove Villa in Negombo. We had booked two rooms, one normal room from May 12th to 13th and another room with a private swimming pool from May 13th to 14th. Upon arrival, we noticed a generator running in the entrance area with an open connection leading directly to our room, causing a strong toxic diesel smell and loud noise throughout the building. Despite our complaints to the manager, no action was taken to resolve the issue or cancel our reservations. We attempted to contact you without success. The owner declined to acknowledge our booking confirmation through Agoda. Due to the unbearable conditions, we had to leave in the middle of the night to find alternative accommodation. I recently made 2 reservations with the wrong email address [redacted] I later corrected the email to [redacted], but now I cannot see the bookings and need to make changes for upcoming stays. When I log in with the correct email, the previous bookings under the wrong email are not visible. I made reservations for Carmen Hotel Naga City on May 27-29 and Oriental Hotel Legazpi on June 16-19. I have tried contacting customer service multiple times but have not been able to speak with anyone. I have also emailed customer support but have not received a response. If I do not hear back soon, I will have to contact my bank to dispute the payments since I cannot access my bookings.

Dear customer service, I am writing to report a disappointing experience with our booking at The Cove Villa in Negombo. I made a reservation for 2 rooms at Coron Visitor Hotel. Room 1: For 2 adults, 4 nights from March 19-23, total $[redacted].16 through Agoda.com. Room 2: For one night on March 19 for $48.76 via Priceline, and March 20-23 for 3 nights booked and paid through Expedia. Upon check-out, the hotel manager asked for an additional 6,[redacted],[redacted] PHP for room #2. I was confused as I had already paid for it. The manager mentioned it was booked through Booking.com, which I did not do. I only booked it through Expedia. I do not want to pay twice for the same room. I am writing to inquire if it is possible to change the room I reserved at Taal Vista Hotel in Tagaytay. I mistakenly booked 2 Superior Twin Rooms instead of 2 Deluxe Queen Rooms. Dear Support Team, I completed an online reservation for the Movenpick in Lausanne, reserving a deluxe room for one person from June 22 to June 25. Despite being charged $[redacted] on my credit card, I never received a confirmation email. Even after contacting the hotel directly, my booking cannot be located. This lack of confirmation and communication is disappointing. I request an immediate cancellation of the reservation and a refund, as the hotel assures no cancellation fees will be incurred.
