Hi,***Please be kind enough to arrange me the refund of my booking ID: *********.**I booked amethyst resort pasikuda full board basis for* holiday to spend our valuable time in beach area, but we had to go through a bad experience. **We have been waiting for our lunch about more than * hour and my kids were very hungry, at that time there was VVIP guests (politicians) reached the resort for lunch buffet, there were no waiting staff or restaurant's* manager had no attention for us at all But we sent couple of massages to the kitchen to remind our orders. But no feedback or no food. We tried to talk to the manager, even the manager did not want to talk to us. So finally we were so disappointed* and decided to cancel the booking and leave the resort, therefore please do arrange my refund as soon as possible.***I hope to hear from you about the next step.****Thanks and regards,**Warini Dias
