Customer Service didnt call back after hotel verified that there are no more room left available to stay. We are asking for our reimbursement as we didnt stay in this vicinity.**our booking ID is ************email adress is *****@***.com**phone number is ***************Please resolve this ASAP or Agoda will be having negative reviews.
