Break fast requested on special and also showing free but second time same problem, booking without breakfast ... very embarrassment, while requesting timings for breakfast infront of my guest. I confirmed them that i put on special comment, as i already suffered same problem with my last journey.
On website showing - Free Breakfast but in confirmation, there isn't anything. I put this condition on notes even but very much disappointment second time.
I must request for my fully refund, as extremely embarrassed infront of my guest, came all the way from Pakistan - offered without breakfast.
