I have encountered an issue regarding a charge for a NuWave Bravo XL that I returned. Initially, I purchased one unit and enjoyed it, prompting me to buy another. However, due to a possible order glitch, I unintentionally received two. Upon realizing this, I sent back the extra one at a shipping cost of a little over $50. When I contacted customer service, I was advised to keep the skillet. Today, I noticed that my account still reflects an outstanding balance of over $[redacted]. This discrepancy needs to be resolved promptly. At first, I intended to pay through Affirm, but the transaction was routed to a different company. Although I am unsure of the details now, I made sure to return the item to the specified address at my expense. NuWave was compensated for three units, and one was successfully returned as instructed.

I have both the Experian app and a recent paper report supporting the accuracy of my details. On two separate occasions, I successfully used Affirm to purchase items for my new family home construction. The accounts were always paid on time via direct debit. Recently, I booked Christmas travel for my family through CheapAir.com using Affirm credit. After completing the Affirm application during checkout, I was approved for a $[redacted] loan towards the ticket purchase. A confirmation email confirmed this approval and instructed me to finalize the loan by selecting Affirm at checkout on CheapOair. However, the following morning, I received another email from Affirm denying my approval. This inconsistency has caused a delay in finalizing my family's travel plans. I am disappointed by this sudden change, given my history of timely payments with Affirm. I urge Affirm to honor the initial $[redacted] approval and allow me to proceed with my chosen direct payment option without further delay.

I applied for a payment plan with e-tags to pay for my [redacted] car registration tags in California. I was happy to see Affirm as an option for the payment plan, but I was shocked when my application was denied. Despite being a loyal customer with a good repayment history, I was unable to secure the loan. Kevin C. from customer care helped me investigate and found out why the loan was denied, which I suspected was due to fraud. He suggested checking my Affirm account online for documentation, but I couldn't find any proof of the transaction on 7/9/[redacted] for an $[redacted] purchase with a current balance of $[redacted] and a high APR of 29.98%. I recently bought a chromebook using "flex pay" from HSN, which I love, but now I'm dealing with this fraudulent $[redacted] purchase allegedly made with my identity from DELL. I have contacted customer support three times to address an issue with creating an Affirm account. Despite providing matching personal information, the first representative noted an incorrect email on file and promised to update it within 24 hours, which did not happen. Subsequent promises from another representative to update both email and phone number within 10 business days also went unfulfilled. Today, yet another representative initially suggested there was nothing that could be done due to the email discrepancy but eventually agreed to update it. The inconsistency in responses has left me extremely frustrated, unsure if an account exists, and worried someone else may have used my information to create one.

I have had a terrible experience with Contacts Direct. Their customer service is inconsistent and confusing. I returned one box of contacts as I only received one, but they failed to cancel my original order, charging me for two. Despite reaching out multiple times, they have been unable to resolve this issue satisfactorily. I contacted Affirm about a payment problem, and my bank is now helping me dispute the unauthorized charges. I have returned the box I received and am waiting for a credit. The unresolved order that was supposed to be cancelled is causing me concern as I never received it. I just wanted to update you on the steps I have taken to address this situation.

I purchased what is claimed to be Microsoft security for my computer using my Affirm card. I received a call from someone claiming to be from Microsoft regarding a refund. They mentioned refunding the amount to my PayPal account, however, I later found out it was fraudulent. The scammers had details matching my Microsoft security on my Asus computer, making it seem legitimate. They somehow accessed my PayPal account and falsely added $[redacted], asking for $[redacted] back. When questioned, they insisted I transfer the money to PayPal or my bank account. After checking with PayPal, there was no $[redacted]. The scammers threatened to manipulate my computer when I refused to comply. They obtained information from Microsoft to carry out their scam. The phone number provided is 1-[redacted], with a person named Chris involved. It's important to caution others and suggest a sting operation to stop this fraudulent company.

I purchased a hood for my [redacted] Dodge Ram Laramie from LMperformance.com and financed it through Affirm. The hood was sent to our performance shop, MRT Performance, and upon receiving it, they discovered significant issues. The product did not fit properly, had an unacceptable surface, and was misaligned in several areas. I have contacted both LMperformance.com and the shipping company, AIT, regarding the problems. They are now requesting that I pay MRT Performance for adjustments and provide photos before processing a refund. MRT Performance finds the hood defective and unsuitable for use without significant additional work. We are seeking a refund to purchase a replacement from a more reliable company. MRT Performance can be reached at [redacted], and the owner Scott H. has sent a formal letter to LM Performance and ATI to address the issue with the hood.

I recently received a text message informing me that an account was approved by Affirm, a company unfamiliar to me. Although I hadn't applied for any credit, I clicked on the link provided in the message. It redirected me to an Affirm payment page displaying details like the total number of monthly payments, the payment amounts, and the total credit amount applied for, including a virtual credit card with my name on it. Realizing this was a card I did not open, I promptly contacted Affirm to dispute it. The page instructed me to reach out to the merchant, but I am unaware of who the merchant is except for the fact that credit was used to pay for a hotel stay at an unknown location. The only lead I have is the lender information. I plan to contact the lender to gather more details about the hotel. If I can identify the hotel, I will then reach out to them to ascertain the duration and location of the stay. My goal is to close this account and understand the information used to fraudulently open it to proceed with necessary steps to address identity theft concerns.

I recently bought a VR Vive Pro from Walmart using an Affirm loan, but unfortunately, it's not compatible with my Gaming Laptop. I plan to return it today and get one that works with my laptop. I know the refund should go back to the payment plan. My concern is how long it will take to sort this out and buy a different VR headset. Hello, I'm having trouble purchasing tires from Wheel Warehouse online using credit. When I try to pay with Affirm, it redirects me to another site where I enter a confirmation code sent via text. However, it keeps saying I already have an account with Affirm and prompts me to sign in with my phone number, which I do, but it still won't let me complete my tire order for my truck.

I've been attempting to purchase tires from WheelWarehouse.com online for the past day and a half, but I'm encountering issues every time I try to pay with Affirm credit. When I click to confirm the payment with Affirm credit, it redirects me to another site that is requesting a four-digit code. I've input the four-digit code as instructed, but it keeps prompting me to sign in with a phone number tied to an account that I don't have. This loop just continues without progress.

I need to order bedding for the bed and mattress that I purchased from you. I am unable to afford a $36 upfront fee to buy the sheets, as well as make a monthly payment of around $30 for the bed and mattress, another monthly payment of around $11 for the bedding items I want to order, and an additional $36 down payment. However, I really need the sheet set for the bed and mattress that was delivered. Thank you for your help in clarifying this issue.

I am Mark Banko, and I applied for a loan to purchase a purple mattress. However, I quickly decided to cancel the order within 24 minutes of realizing the high finance charges. As a single father, I cannot afford the additional cost of around $[redacted] in finance charges. Therefore, please cancel the loan as I no longer wish to proceed with the purchase.

I placed an order at Walmart on Cyber Monday at 6:30 a.m. using Affirm. Later at 2:44 p.m., Walmart emailed me that my order was canceled. The same item is now back in stock at the same price, but now Affirm is not an option for this purchase. I'm confused why Affirm was available on Monday for this item, but not today. I have a preapproval from Affirm for $[redacted]. Can someone explain why I can't use Affirm for this purchase now? Thank you.

I set up an account for the Bissel dog wash service expecting payments to be $7.07. However, I received an email stating the payment was actually $15.07. I made the payment, but then my next automatic bank payment was for $7.07. I received another email stating a payment of $15.07 was due in three days. I attempted to send $8.00, but it wouldn't arrive before the due date. I tried to set up automatic deductions, but the system requested a signature which I couldn't provide.

I am trying to use Affirm with the same bank account I have used for previous purchases and payments. However, I keep getting an error message stating, "Your bank account information could not be verified. We didn't find an active checking account associated with that login. Please make sure you connect an active checking account." Interestingly, when I check my Affirm account, it clearly shows that my bank is linked. Could you please advise on how I can resolve this issue?

I have made 2 purchases through Eddie Bauer and have several questions. I would like to speak to a customer service representative as I find it hard to convey everything through text or email. 1. Am I being charged a fee because I was not aware I would be charged interest? 2. I returned over $[redacted] worth of merchandise and only received a credit for 1 cent. 3. I am unsure which credit card has been used as Eddie Bauer provided me with a number I do not recognize. 4. I am having trouble accessing my account. I have been trying to complete an order for three days now. I finally managed to verify my identity using my driver's license, both with and without a photo. It said I had completed the verification, but now I am back to step one and cannot get into my account.
