On February *th I spoke to I spoke to a male by the name of Santiago to make the my monthly payment. I asked him to deduct it from my account ending in ****. I gave him my Full Name, Address & Chase card ending in **** for your records(due to "being a fraud victim" according to Chase Bank. After speaking w*Santiago, he said he is located in NM. I asked him to please change my phone * on record (***) ***-**** & insert new * (***) ***-****. I am also an Amazon Customer. Can you tell me why my "flat $**" was not posted? BTW, he didn't give me a confirmation *. Can you pls. contact me via phone @ your earliest convenience?
