The issue in GetHuman-mypont's own words
It tell me to log in with my old number .. I can’t !! It been changed .. no matter what I do to log in when it get to email tell me I have a account with that email . So I was able to change my number at Jomashop but I can at affirm .. so then it tells me to send pic -id info so I sent then it tells me I have a account with that email .. to use my number I used to open account . But I can’t I n... ... I’m trying to make a purchase . When I put my email . It tells me it the email has an account. When I got app when I put my new number in it tells me Have have an account . When I put my old phone number it then tells me I have a account ?? All my pass account s are paid in full . In less this new number I have is belongs to someone else that had an active account . But don’t explain my old number - Old number ***-***-****. New number ***-***-****. My email. M*****@***.com
Well if the can’t fix I’m done as a customer ... I don’t have time for all this bs.. for a company they should make it easy to change your information .
