I was in an accident and my wife said she reached out to member services and they advised I needed to reach out to the Rawlings Group. I reached out to them because that is who she was told I needed to reach out to. When I called they were not able to locate me and I didn’t have the ID number. The young man I spoke with gave his direct number so he could help when I call back with information needed to locate me. He was not able to locate me with all information. **I then heard cussing in the background and how they were going to fire this person about issues that they may not know about. I asked the person who that was yelling and saying those things. They advised his name was Keith Conrad. **I asked if there was someone to complain to, and he advised that he could try to get his supervisor. He attempted multiple times to get a supervisor but it kept going to their voicemail. I didn’t want to leave a voicemail, and advised of that, so he didn’t place me into voicemail. He advised he would email client services, and that he would attempt to get a callback.
