My wife (Weide Gao with Aeroplan number *** *** ***) and I (Zongjia Sun with Aeroplan number *** *** ***) flew from Victoria (YYJ) to Toronto (YYZ) by AC****, and from Toronto (YYZ) to Buenos Aires (EZE) by AC** on Dec **, ****. We returned from Santiago (SCL) to Toronto (YYZ) by AC **, and from Toronto (YYZ) to Vancouver (YVR) by AC*** on Jan ** ****, and from Vancouver (YVR) to Victoria by AC **** on Jan ** ****. **E-ticket for Zongjia Sun: ***-**********-***E-ticket for Weide Gao: ***-**********-****We purchased the tickets from Flight Hub with booking number: ***-***-***, and Air Canada booking number: KBNSBZ**We provided our Aeroplan numbers to FlightHub, but until today we found that FlightHub didn't add our Aeroplan number during booking. We are trying to recover the missing miles on line but couldn't go through because we could find the boarding pass and provide the boarding pass number. **Due to the missing mile, my wife' more than **** accumulated miles has expired on Dec **, ****. (Weide Gao with Aeroplan number *** *** ***) **We are writing to you to recover the missing miles and restore the wrongly expired miles. **Thank you*Zongjia Sun and Weide Gao*Victoria BC, Canada
