Good afternoon *I have been informed by Aeroplan rewards that I needed to produce all written documentation to recovered our * Mine and My wifes * airmiles that were taken from us back in april-may of this year , We had booked Flights for a European tour in Nov **** *- plus a Aeroplan Vacations hotel in Malta.*This was all done on March **, **** , under Lufthansa Booking Code JB***Z**What do I need to do to get all the paper work to someone * e-mail address * so it can be reviewed and we both get our Miles returned

GetHuman-pat_dian did not yet indicate what Aeroplan should do to make this right.
