I want my airmiles returned to me ... Hi I want my airmiles returned to me, I have been saving up my miles for years and when I informed Aeroplan that my email address was changed and gave my new email address,however I have since found out that someone at Aeroplan copied it down wrong. I have been keeping my Aeroplan miles open or thought it was and have since found out that they have taken all my miles away from me,and I want them returned. I should not have to lose them because of somebody’s carelessness there.What I would like to know is why,whenever I phoned it was always busy.
I was told that someone at Aeroplan put in my email address wrong and decided to eliminate my miles. I want my airmiles returned to me.
Emailing me to let me know that they have been returned to me at my correct email address which they have now .
