My Aeroplan * is *********. My account expiry date has always been in October and as I had not received an email from Aeroplan advising me of the date I went into my account yesterday to check. To my complete horror it said my expiry date his year was July ** and my ***,*** air miles were gone. I called Aeroplan to ask why I had not received an email re. this and was advised an email was sent in May. For some reason I did not receive this email as if I had, obviously I would have used my card before July **, as I would not just give up ***,*** air miles. Due to the fact that I did not see this email I was hoping it would be possible to get the miles back. After all the time it took to save up these miles, it is devastating to discover they are just gone.
