Help with my Aeroplan issue
GetHuman-rtemd's next move: talk to Aeroplan again when they open.
Aeroplan's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-rtemd a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-rtemd's own words
I am a Diamond Member - was billed for a flight redemption but did not receive confirmation of the booking. Called the diamond "priority" line and waited ** minutes to speak to first agent - who proposed to charge me a **$ "service fee" to complete the booking. I then asked to speak to a manager - was then put on hold for another ** minutes. By that time I was upset and told the Manager that. She, apparently, didn't like my tone and said "we're done" and hung up. **Absolutely, astoundingly bad, customer "service". If there was any way to transfer my points elsewhere, I would certainly do so in a heartbeat.**I would like this complaint to be forwarded to someone with decision making capacity at Aeroplan - where no customer satisfaction phone number or email contact exists.....no surprise
GetHuman-rtemd did not yet indicate what Aeroplan should do to make this right.
