Hello *My name is Terrence Driedger . I have been trying to get through to aeroplan via the customer service * and it says you are having technical difficulties. I have tried calling for a full day and more now.This is not a good situation for me to be in. I called Air Canada and they said that they cannot touch this.***Aeroplan * *** *** *****I am just returning to Saskatoon from Nanaimo on Sunday january *******.**I booked this trip through aeroplan.*My trip was booked twice. I have * booking references**P*CDAM this is the one I am traveling on today Sunday January *******.The taxes and fees have been put through on my TD aeroplan Visa.**Also NAT*RR is another that has been put through on my aeroplan account and the taxes and fees have been put through twice as well on my TD Visa card.**I just realized this during my trip and I seriously wonder how this type of thing can happen? Do booking agents or anyone not confirm with the customer to avoid double booking?*The booking process seems cumbersome and the customer service seems nonexistent. Please contact me to help me resolve this issue. This definitely affects my perception of Air Canada and Aeroplan.**I expect a full refund of the double booking aeroplan miles and my airport taxes.
