Help with my Aeroplan issue

I've been a loyal aeroplan member since ****, my fiance and I have been collecting miles in hopes to get to Europe for our honeymoon in ****. We have enough to qualify for "business" class. Now we learn that only * of * legs of the trip will be business class and the long leg will be economy. And not all on Air Canada aircraft. If we want to fly only with Air Canada and only business class, we have to collect even more for "market fare" . This is more than frustrating and we're hoping for some decent customer service to deal with this. Since learning this, we're now leaning more toward your competitors card options. Please help us solve this as we would like an awesome experience with Air Canada as you always advertise.
