My name is David Damken. I bought a fly ticket today because my grandmother passed away and we need to get to her funeral this afternoon to Mexico City. *My sister and me brought our birth Certificate and our Driver Licences. However when we get to get our boarding pass the airline told us we were not able to get in and they call the immigration officer. The immigation officer told us eventhough they give us the permit the airline "Aeromexico" will not let us get into the fly because they were requesting our passports. We will took a local fly in Mexico, we have our fly back with same airline and we will not be in the country for more than * days. I am so upset because I lost the opportunity to get to my grandmother funeral and also because by using your airline, I lost the opportunity to fly with any other airline because they did not let me to take the next fly that will be today January ** at *pm. I am devastaded for not been able to get to the funeral and I am so upset for not having the opportunity to take the next fly. I WANT THE FULL RETURN OF MY MONEY AS WELLL AS CANCEL THE RETURN TICKET FOR ME AND MY SISTER THAT WILL BE ON FEB * ****.**I ignore why the airlines go over the mexican immigrations law, because the only reason to ask for an identification is to make sure the person on the plane is the same person that is paying for the ticket.
