I went to airport * hour before my flight, and they told me they can’t claim my luggage, asked me to wait in another line. Then I told them I could go without my luggage, but they still didn’t let me check in, said it was too late and asked me wait in another line to change the flight. I waited about ** mins in that line and the woman at the counter told me she can’t help me with anything then I asked “why your people told me wait here” she told me back “go ask them” with bad attitude. At the same time my friend who trip with me and she’s already on the flight told me my seat was taken by someone else. I doubt that they just sold my seat before I arrived the airport. I refund my ticket only get *** usd back. I bought this ticket on Xiecheng at about **** usd. The flight is SU*** JFK to SVO December **th. My name is Anran Yi.
