I took flight **** from Dublin to Boston and paid **.** pounds for "extra leg room seats" that were on offer since I have an injured left knee that needs to be straight on long flights. I was booked in seats ** E and **C with my wife. When we boarded(plane was an hour late)the seats not only did not have extra leg room--typically an EXIT row--but my seat back was broken, resulting in a lot of discomfort for the entire flight. I told the staff, but they were helpless to do anything. Plane was a full.*I would like a full refund and an explanation of why I was sold two enhanced seats that did not exist. Again, staff had no explanation.*Thank you. *My flight No. was **** my comfirmation code was:**QD*B*. It left Dublin at *:**pm on Sept ***th for Boston.
