I was having issues logging into my account for over * days. *I called the customer service team , who directed me to Aerclub customer service, one phone call the agent asked me why I wanted to log in to website anyways, and to create a new account. Ended this call and called again and was told to fill out a form on the website, none of which suited my query. **No one knew what to do or how to resolve the issue. It is fairly ridiculous that an issue as simple as logging in cannot be addressed.
GetHuman2608053 did not yet indicate what Aer Lingus should do to make this right.
