I have no idea how to book a flight online as you have changed the entire system since I last booked flights from Gatwick to Knock in ****. The last flights were a nightmare and I really thought that the deterioration in service was a one-off. I have tried umpteen times to book another trip to Knock from Gatwick in July **** and the entire system has changed with no information as to how to book and complete the booking. I already had my previous membership linked up with the new points system by your own office and now I cannot sign in. I thought Ryanair were bad and that Aer Lingus were way above that. I am beginning to wonder where I went wrong. I would really appreciate someone telling me if I have to have an account BEFORE I can book flights. This has not happened before. If you look up the system you will see that you did the switchover for me but I cannot get anywhere with your booking website. I would appreciate help.
