The issue in GetHuman-skscott's own words
In June, I booked a flight on EI *** (Conf * *IR**J) departing Seattle on October **th and paid for exit row seats **H and **K. In August I received a notice of change to the itinerary, but the seats remained as previously booked and paid for.**On September **th I received a "confirmation of booking" that CHANGED our seats from **H & **K to **H & **K. I did not make that change and want to know why the seats previously booked and confirmed and paid for were changed.**Please put us back in our EXIT ROW seats.
GetHuman-skscott did not yet indicate what Aer Lingus should do to make this right.
