The issue in GetHuman-antoford's own words
Hi, My booking reference is *HEHF*. *This flight was booked through a travel agency called OPODO, when I was on their website the flight was advertised for €*** and when I was finished filling in my details I clicked to proceed to the next step, then a window popped up saying the price had jumped to €***, I then clicked on the ‘back’ button which brought me back to the screen where I filled in my details again, I then clicked to proceed again, ( just like the last time), the screen was loading for ** seconds and then it came up saying that my flight was confirmed for €***. *I want to cancel this flight and I expect a full refund as I did not give any confirmation to book the flight, it just went and booked it automatically. *I rang the travel agency OPODO and they said I have to get in touch with Aer Lingus to cancel it, hence why I am here now. *Look forward to hearing from you, *Thanks, *Anthony
