My one suitcase was forwarded from Vienna on August *th direct to Philadelphia International Airport as I had overnight stay in Dublin that night and would not leave until *:** flightEI*** on August **th. Unfortunately my bag was not at customer service but unknown to me was left on carousel when arrived about *:** p..m. yesterday Friday August **th. I was called from phone ***-***-**** that I could come and pick up bag or have it FedExed and would get an e-mail to that effect with details. NO E-MAIL! - Now I can get a ride from daughter (I am handicapped and cannot get to baggage claim area without assistance) IF know the time as yesterday AER LINGUS desk was closed! WHEN can I get my suitcase VERY BIG red one with Tag label??? *Need the hours and day to come get it as need help.

I had received a call a * p.m. the night the luggage was not available -- no one there for a couple hours and then later reached a person who said to go to British Airways ticket office. No need to pay for parking - just pull up to agent with someone else staying in the car and ask for luggage. Went with my daughter and she went in and * minutes later returned with luggage. Problem fixed.
