I was on a recent flight from PHL to DUB on June **, ****. I paid for an exit seat but I was not allowed to sit in the exit seat that I paid for because I used a wheelchair to get to my gate in PHL. I had to sit in a regular seat. I paid a total of ***.** US dollars for round trip seating in the exit row. subsequently I stopped using the wheelchair service and on my return trip from DUB to PHL I was allowed to sit in the seat that I paid extra for in the exit row.*I want a refund for the outbound flight from PHL to DUB on June **, ****.*Thank you so much.*Barbara Rost
