My bag (aer lingus flt. ***, Dublin to JFK) was delayed and was delivered to a Fed Ex office in Jamaica NY. On May ** Elza from Fed Ex called me to let me know the airbill from Aer Lingus was lost. I have been calling Aer Lingus ( *-*** *** ****) only to be told repeatedly they are aware of the problem and I needed to wait for them to generate an airbill!! I have been without this bag for ** days. I need help with this issue after spending hours on the phone trying to get AL to take care of this.
