On March 1st, I had a consultation with Dr. Sarcu for Laser Skin Resurfacing. Our initial appointment for the procedure was booked for April 16, [redacted], with a requirement for a pre-op with Dr. Reena Shah scheduled for March 28, [redacted]. A payment of $[redacted] was made in advance. After completing tests, including blood work and an ekg, I needed a stress test, which led to rescheduling the procedure for September 6, [redacted]. However, I cancelled in August. Upon reviewing the Patient Financial Responsibility Form, it is outlined that refunds are not provided for cosmetic procedures. While I acknowledge the time and effort involved, I did not undergo any treatment. I believe a partial refund may be appropriate given the circumstances. I value the services provided by Dr. Sarcu and their team but seek clarification on the refund policy. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
