We are moving, need to terminate service this Thursday, May **, ****. We have tried calling and currently have been waiting over ** on * different lines. !!! We have tried several times in recent days.*How and when will you retrieve the bins?*We will be due a refund as we are leaving before our prepaid service time is complete. How GetHuman-radlowed fixed the problem
I used the getHuman phone and finally got to a human who handled the situation well. But why is this approach hard to find? And why not offer leaving phone number when one calls the phone number? Sometimes we were offered this but not other times. Bad setup. Website needs to improve their communication skills.
