I called when I got my bill for the end of April about a service charge of $**.**. The girl said she took it off and to just pay $**.**. My husband gets paid the first of every month so I sent the check to you when he got paid for the $**.**. Well now my husband gets a phone call and now we got another bill in the mail feim you with the old $**.** that she said she took off and now there is an additional $**.** plus the normal $**.** now totalling $***.**.*I am sorry we get paid once a month and have to pay bills at that time. I was not over a month late.*My question for you is Did you receive my bill? If so do I still have to pay both the $**.** service charges?
