I called your location in Stockbridge Ga, to inquire about a battery and install. After giving your associates the make and model and being assured they can do it. I sent my Aunt to pick up the battery and have it installed. Upon driving over ** miles from her job, she was told they would not install the battery. I am greatly disappointed because my aunt was right next door to an Auto zone but I’m an avid advance customer so after calling and doing everything I should do as a customer, your employees dropped the ball causing my aunt to drive almost a ** mile round trip to be told something different than what I was told. I spoke with Shawn Campbell (temp manager per him) and he again said “our machine says we can install it but we can’t...”. That is such bad service and bad advice. Having someone spend over $*** drive for over an hour is not acceptable. Thankfully her car started and she was able to leave. I need someone to call me and make this right.
