I made a purchase from Adore Me but had trouble canceling the membership that I unknowingly signed up for. I expected to receive an email before being charged, but I was billed without any notification. The email address I provided for tracking my order didn't receive any updates. Strangely, they sent emails to my old email address that I no longer use, which may have been used for a previous order attempt that I abandoned. Despite my numerous emails, I have not received any response. I'm seeking a refund of $39.99. This experience gives me the impression that this company might not be trustworthy, especially since they are emailing the wrong address, making cancellation difficult, and are unresponsive via email or phone. If my issue isn't resolved soon, I will have to report this as a possible case of fraud and involve my bank.

My purchased items are falling apart. I have been trying to reach out via messages and calls since March, shortly after buying them, but I have been ignored and treated rudely. I made the purchase due to battling breast cancer, and I feel like I have been taken advantage of. Despite being promised an escalation call, it never came through. The unavailability of speaking to a supervisor is disheartening, as it seems that customer satisfaction is not a priority. I kindly request someone from corporate to contact me promptly. I am disputing the payment for an undelivered order from May. Despite canceling my account as per your emails, I have been billed and you still have my credit card details on file. Remove it and cease my account. Legal action is being considered, as I have repeatedly asked to be left alone. The order was for a June wedding, never received, and multiple emails have been sent to stop. This situation with Adore Me is concerning. I am extremely disappointed as you have charged me for a product I returned unopened. Despite canceling my account, you still charged me $[redacted]+ on 10/1/18. I expect a credit to my account promptly. Why is there no phone number provided for assistance? This lack of communication is unacceptable. If this matter is not rectified today, I will not hesitate to share my negative experience online. I cancelled my Adore Me subscription over three months ago, yet I have been charged for the last three months consecutively despite my cancellation. This has caused me significant financial stress due to the automatic payments depleting my account each time. Despite my explicit requests and having to go through the hassle of getting refunds for three months straight, Adore Me continues to deduct money from my account without consent. This has resulted in me having to borrow money from my ex-husband to cover important medical expenses for my children today. While I acknowledge that their products are of good quality, based on my frustrating experience with unauthorized charges, I would strongly advise against using their service to anyone. I urgently request the permanent cancellation of my Adore Me account.

I signed up for Adoreme.com, and my package took a long time to arrive. Unfortunately, all the items were the wrong sizes; I requested a cup size B but received a size 38DD instead. They charged me $20 on September 18, [redacted], before the order arrived, and then another $[redacted].85 on October 4, [redacted]. I want to return the package, cancel my subscription, and receive a refund promptly. I am extremely disappointed with this company.

I recently placed an order for myself and my mother, including teddies, workout gear, bathing suits, and other items. However, there were issues with the order and items were sent to a different address using my card, without my consent. I received items that I did not order, mostly pants, instead of the Mother's Day gift I was hoping for. I also attempted to order bras, but received a delivery notification for items I did not receive. I made sure to order to my home address, matching the one on my card, so I am unsure why this happened. I have had three bad experiences with adore me.com resulting in a total of $[redacted] spent. I am concerned about the missing items and the money spent.

I recently returned from vacation to find construction on the road leading to my house, which is at the end of a hill. Despite no cars blocking the route, my box wasn't delivered. I had selected the items I wanted to keep before going on vacation. It's disappointing not to receive the box and be charged for items I didn't receive or want. The other return box is on its way back as I couldn't drop it off before leaving. I trust that once you receive it, my account will be credited, which is not an issue.
