I recently updated my Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 as prompted, but since then, I have been encountering an issue with printing. An error message pops up saying, "Elements 15 Organizer has stopped working," and it mentions that a problem caused the program to malfunction. Windows then attempts to close the program and notify me if a solution is found. This problem is preventing me from completing the printing process, which I urgently need to do. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

I'm having trouble setting up a 6" x 3.5" page in Adobe Photoshop CS2 on my desktop. I want to draw and post photos on this page, but there is a gray mat around it, and the page doesn't display at the correct size. I've already set 6" x 3.5" in Page Setup. How can I remove the gray mat and view the page in its actual size on my screen?

I signed up for two Photoshop licenses two years ago, but now only need one. My credit card is being charged twice a month, USD 11.89 each time, with reference number [redacted]. I haven't received any invoices or details on who to contact at Adobe. The employees who managed this previously are no longer with the company. 1. Please investigate and track the reference number [redacted] as it's the only information I have. 2. Stop charging my Visa card immediately. 3. Provide me with contact information for billing inquiries. 4. Ensure a human reviews and resolves this issue. 5. If the charges persist, I will report this as theft and fraud. 6. Previous attempts to resolve this have been unsuccessful. It's crucial to stop these unauthorized charges promptly.

I am interested in acquiring Adobe Photoshop for my Acer Aspire E-[redacted] laptop, which runs Windows 10 Pro 64-bit on a 1 TB SSD Samsung. However, as my laptop does not have a touch screen display, I am looking for a suitable "drawing pad" that I can connect via a USB 2 or 3 Type A port to input information and perform freehand drawing in the software. Merch by Amazon requires a t-shirt template in Photoshop with dimensions of 15”W x 18” H, which is [redacted] pixels by [redacted] pixels, @300ppi, sRGB, less than 25 MG, and transparency. Despite being accepted by Merch, the process of converting images to PNG has been challenging. The forums are filled with others facing similar difficulties in uploading images to the template. The provided tutorials fall short of addressing these issues, leaving many struggling to replicate the template. Even after downloading the template to Photoshop, it appears incomplete and following the instructions hasn’t yielded the desired outcome. Assistance in resolving this matter and successfully transferring images onto the template in Photoshop would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

Dear Adobe team, I am currently working on a film poster in Photoshop CS6 Extended and have run into an issue with the file size being extremely large (1.47GB), causing the program to be slow and unresponsive. I have imported several film frames into the image, making it difficult to work efficiently. I am considering resizing the pixels from [redacted] to 72ppi to make it more manageable. Can I work on it at a lower resolution and then resize it back to [redacted] pixels per inch without losing quality? I was working on images in Photoshop CC [redacted].5, adding text, and everything was fine until the text stopped showing on the image after merging layers. The issue persisted in Photoshop Elements. Despite reaching out to Adobe support, the problem remains unresolved, and download attempts keep getting disconnected. I am currently attempting to upgrade Photoshop, but the connection keeps failing. My internet connection seems stable. An Adobe representative mentioned that this text issue has been reported previously. There is an icon with a circle, bar, and check mark on the bottom text bar. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I am interested in enrolling in a beginner Photoshop course. I am considering using Lynda.com through my local library to save on costs. I came across a beginner Photoshop class on Lynda.com from [redacted] that utilizes Adobe Bridge CC, which seems outdated. I have been receiving the following message for about two weeks whenever I try to work with Adobe Photoshop: "Could not initialize Photoshop because the working volumes are full." I have a monthly subscription amounting to 11.89€. In February, I worked a lot with Photoshop, so I could understand this statement around mid-February that my working volume is full for that month - but I cannot understand this for March. I still have my full working volume for this month. My monthly contributions are always transferred on time! My order number is ADB [redacted]53 DE. I have also tried to reach Adobe Photoshop customer service by phone multiple times, but unfortunately, it did not work. I have created 12 music/slide videos of very high quality. However, after updating a pptx program, I noticed that my beautiful jpeg photos now look dull and ordinary. I dedicated months to enhancing these photos in camera raw in Photoshop Elements 12, and I suspect that an update may have altered my settings. As a non-professional in tech matters, I am unsure how to resolve this issue. I have around [redacted] to 1,[redacted] high-quality photos affected, but thankfully most are backed up on thumb drives. The sudden transition of my photos from stunning to average is quite distressing. Despite the clarity of the videos I produced and the photos on my computer, the recent change is concerning. I have an old version of Adobe Photoshop and experience issues when it gets hot here in Arizona. In the summer, the program hangs up and my computer starts sounding loud after a while. The tools stop working properly. If I shut down everything, let the computer cool off for an hour or so, then restart, Photoshop functions normally for a bit before the problem recurs. This only happens in hotter weather. I mainly work on editing RAW images converted to TIFF. Any advice or suggestions would be helpful as I consider upgrading.

I recently bought Adobe Photoshop Elements and Premiere from Amazon. I got the serial numbers for both but encountered an issue during installation. A pop-up keeps appearing, saying, "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found," when the downloads are at 99-[redacted]%. Additionally, Photoshop Elements gave an error initially about not reaching Adobe servers, despite my internet connection being fine. I've restarted my Windows 10 Pro computer purchased in August [redacted], but the issue persists. Now, I have icons on my desktop that only trigger the same error message when I try to open either program. I am encountering an issue with my Photoshop images. I have reached out before regarding all my Adobe Photoshop files displaying as JPEGs. Over 20 years worth of Photoshop files are affected. The problem now is that when I open some of these files, they only have one locked layer. All Photoshop commands appear greyed out, rendering the software unusable for these images. Previous Photoshop files I have worked on do not exhibit this issue and contain multiple layers, unlike the newly locked ones. Thank you, Rg.

I requested tech support two months ago, but both appointments were missed without any calls at the scheduled time. The number provided by the chat support was unhelpful and seemed automated. Dealing with this tech support process is frustrating. My experience with Photoshop CS3 was much better than this subscription service. The fact that phone support only caters to Windows and mobile app users, with no option for Mac users, is disappointing. I am at my wits' end. If I cannot get the tech support I need, I will cancel my subscription. Trying to seek help through their chat support and forums has been a joke. It appears their resources are not user-friendly and effective.

I am facing difficulties downloading photos from my Canon MkIII to edit in Lightroom Classic (LrC) and Photoshop. When I try to import them to LrC on my iMac, I receive an error stating they cannot be read and my attempt is blocked.
