I ordered a pair of Ultra Boosts, and found out they were the wrong size. I went to the Adidas store downtown, and they were unable to exchange the shoes even though they had them in stock, which is an absolutely ridiculous customer experience these days. I had to print out a return label, and send them back in after calling in to setup the exchange. This all took several hours in the end. After a week, I got an email saying my order was canceled. I haven’t even received a refund, much less the shoes I originally ordered. Order ADX********. For all this, I expect the full refund and these shoes to be mailed in my size. No customer should have to go through this experience, much less from Adidas of all brands. I am really disappointed by this experience, especially all the loops I’ve had to jump through for a simple merchandise exchange.
GetHuman-zsolomon did not yet indicate what Adidas should do to make this right.
