It was my first time here (and last). I bought almost $*** worth of clothes from Christmas presents. when I was paying the cashier drop one of the pair of socks. she bend down and gave me the bags, I assumed she put the pair of socks back in the bag. I live one hour away. when I got home and starting wrapping all the gifts the pair of socks was missing. I went back the same day to see if they would give the item I pay for since it wasn't in the bag. **(My son works in retail so he explained that I shouldn't be a problem since they can just look up the transaction and look at the cameras and should be resolve in minutes. )**When I got to the store I ask to whom I need to speak regarding a missing item from a purchase I made that day. an associate came to me and I explained my problem. He explain that at the moment it was going to hard to look up since they were busy. It was going to take over ** minutes,which I wouldn't mind waiting. he calls another associate or manager (peter) I believe his came was. this guy simply came with an awful attitude toward us. when I told him my problem he simply said that " how those he knows that actually happened" (basically calling me a liar) I told to check the cameras and my receipt since all the info is there. he told us that it was impossible for them to check the cameras since it was so busy. I told them take my receipt and make a copy and give me a call when they had time to check. he just refuse and said it was better if I kept the receipt because I was going to take more then a few days. I left furious since I need that item for a gift and they refuse to even take down my info. This is by far the worst customer service in the entire mall.**Now I would like this item shipped to my house since i'm not driving back another hour. this is unacceptable **My Receipt info:*Date:******** Time:*:** *Reg:* trans: ****** * ****** cashier:*********total items:** sales total: ***.**
you don't treated a customer like they are trying to rob you when they clearly are trying to give you all the info needed instead of wasting their time.
ship me the item to my house.
I didn't expect the service to be so bad when resolving a problem.
