Hello sir*madame,* *I have an issue with an order I made at Yeezysupply.com (*YZYTW******) but they have not replied to my emails in over a week. I have no other choice but to contact you because I am very disappointed with the customer service over there. Regarding the order, I paid the product's original price plus VATs and duties because I live in an international country (Cyprus). I had absolutely no problem with that and I was fine with the price etc. The problem is that whoever sent the package didn't include the invoice with the VATs and duties paid but instead an invoice with only the original price of the item. This resulted in my country's customs charging me the VATs and duties, which I have already paid for, all over again. So I ended up paying that twice for no reason at all. There is no other way for me to resolve this issue than to contact you in hopes that you can help me somehow or at least point me to the right direction on what I should do. I have already tried to reason with UPS which delivered the package and I already showed them my invoice etc but they told me that they cannot help me and the duties and vat have to be paid because the invoice on the package did not list that I had already paid them. I have copies of all documents that I already paid for if you need to see any of them I can email a copy to you. Thanks for your time and I really hope we can resolve this issue without having to resolve to other means because in my opinion it is simply a matter of human error for not putting the correct invoice for an international delivery. I am waiting to hear from you. Thanks.
