I have been attempting to make a large purchase since last Friday, 9/14, in order to take advantage of the fantastic 30% off sale. Unfortunately, I encountered technical difficulties during checkout where the screen wouldn't progress to the next step after selecting items. Despite trying on both my phone and my husband's phone, the issue persisted. I even reached out to customer service for assistance, but the long wait times led to disconnections. Eventually, after multiple attempts, I was able to place the order over the phone on Monday. However, despite providing my card details and receiving an order number verbally, I never received an email confirmation, and my bank account was not charged. It's disappointing that such a well-known company has provided such subpar service, leaving me with an unresolved order after almost a week of trying.

Hello, my name is Chenghao Xu. This afternoon, I attempted to purchase the Yeezy [redacted] Triple White because my roommate had successfully bought a pair. Despite having the shoes in my bag, the system repeatedly rejected my PayPal payment. Could this be due to us sharing the same address at [redacted] Exchange St, Malden, MA, [redacted], [redacted]? I find it odd that my roommate and I couldn't buy the Yeezys simultaneously. My only option now is to have the Yeezy 350s delivered to my friend's apartment and pay with a debit card. I made a typo while paying as a guest, entering "[redacted]" instead of "[redacted]," causing me to miss the confirmation email. The issue that bothers me the most is that my roommate and others paid $[redacted] via PayPal, but I was charged $[redacted].4 by using my debit card directly. It's frustrating because we purchased the same shoes but at significantly different prices. I'm unsure about the reason behind this discrepancy. This evening, I asked my mom about buying the Yeezy Boost [redacted] V2. When trying to use her Paypal on adidas.com, they locked us out due to a security issue. The site suggested changing browsers or devices, which we did. However, the security message persisted until I finally managed to place the order through my phone. Later, we discovered that three purchases had gone through instead of one. I am hoping to cancel the extra orders to help someone else get the shoes and ease my mom's distress over the unexpected $[redacted] expense. Hello, I placed an order on September 13th with Order No. AD[redacted]10. Initially, I was advised that the items would ship within 3-5 business days. Today, which is the 5th day (7 days since placing the order), my items remain unpackaged and unsent. I attempted to reach Adidas customer service using the provided phone number. After waiting over 45 minutes during my first call, the automated system disconnected before I spoke with a representative. Subsequent calls have not gone through, seeming like the line is inactive. Dear Sir/Madam, I hope you are doing well. I recently underwent knee surgery and needed comfortable shoes for an upcoming trip that involves a lot of walking. Based on the store salesman’s recommendation, I purchased the ultra boost shoes in Amman, Jordan for almost [redacted] JOD ($[redacted]). However, after wearing them, I experienced significant pain and developed blisters on the upper back side of my heel. This has made it painful to wear any shoes, which is unexpected from a supposedly comfortable and pricey pair of shoes like the Ultra Boost. I returned two pairs of Adidas Barricade tennis shoes for replacement under the Barricade Warranty program on July 30 using UPS tracking number 1ZE[redacted][redacted]. Each time I called, I was informed that my inquiry would be forwarded to the Barricade Warranty department, but I have yet to receive a response. I made a purchase this morning for the Yeezy Boost [redacted] V2 Triple White. When attempting to pay with my debit card, I received conflicting messages on the website about payment authorization. I switched to PayPal and encountered issues, resulting in two pending charges on my account along with a successful debit card transaction. I would like to keep the original order paid by debit card and cancel the duplicate PayPal charges. I have only received a confirmation email for the debit card purchase. I recently received my order, Order# AD[redacted]25, for the CRAZY 1 ADV SHOES in Black. I am impressed with the fit, comfort, and height of the shoe. However, I was disappointed by the color as it had more polka dots than expected. I am looking to return this pair and exchange it for a solid black option or something similar with ankle height suitable for my flat feet. I was initially interested in the black Tubular X Primeknit, which I couldn't find online. If it's available in-store, I would appreciate assistance in locating them. I purchased running shoes from Adidas in mid-August [redacted] at the Sitara Mall, Faisalabad, Pakistan. It hasn't even been two months and the left shoe is already starting to come apart at the front. I have attached a picture showing the poor quality of the shoes. I am requesting a replacement as soon as possible since repairing them won't be effective. It is disappointing to see such a renowned brand like Adidas producing shoes of such low quality. I would advise others not to buy from Adidas if the shoes cannot even last a year with normal use. Please note that I am currently in the United States for study purposes.

About six months ago, I purchased these sneakers at the outlet store in Wrentham, Massachusetts, where I usually shop for sneakers without any issues concerning adidas or the store. However, this particular pair, the Cloudfoam Ortholite sneaker, has been problematic. The back of the sneaker, near the heel, is folding down, causing discomfort while running. I purchased a pair of all-black memory foam sneakers some time ago and only wore them a few times. However, during a 2-mile walk to support Alzheimer's in Alamance County, I experienced discomfort. Despite believing the memory foam Adidas would be a comfortable choice, I developed blisters on both feet. Upon inspecting the shoes afterward, I found that the insole of my right shoe had a hole burnt through it after just this short walk. I am disappointed in the quality of these shoes and believe they do not live up to the brand's reputation. I paid $80 for these shoes and would like a refund or an exchange for a higher-quality pair. My trusty old New Balances have served me better. I am willing to provide photos as proof of the damage.

My delivery was supposed to arrive on September 21st. I received a text at 10:30 a.m. that morning stating that my package had been delivered, but I was at work and didn't see it. When I returned home at 5 p.m., my package was nowhere to be found. Tracking online shows the package as shipped and received, but there's also an option for undelivered orders with instructions. I checked with my neighbors, building super, and asked the landlord to check the cameras for any information on the package. After waiting three days for a redelivery or for the package to show up, nothing has happened. I'm feeling quite disappointed and would like to receive my package as soon as possible.
