I sent back two pairs of Adidas Barricade tennis shoes for replacement under the Barricade Warranty program on July ** (UPS tracking: *ZE***************). I have NOT received an email with the code for ordering replacement shoes. I have called Adidas customer service at least * times, and I was told that the inquiry would be sent to the Barricade Warranty department. I have still not heard back. Now, every time that I have called over the last several days, I am told that the wait will be at least ** minutes. What kind of customer service department is this?? The phone message also talks about using the "chat option" on the adidas.com webpage. That option is no where to be found on the webpage. I only found this option here by googling "Adidas chat". **My email address, under which my Barricade warranty information would be found, is *****@***.com**Michael Pries
