The issue in GetHuman-beais's own words
Order *AD***********On ***, I placed an order that was delivered on ****. On ****, adidas sent me a friends and family coupon for **% in the morning. * Since I had not received my order, I called adidas and asked for a price adjustment. The representative on the phone told me that she could not do a price adjustment. In order for me to get the discount, I would have to do a return*rebuy. Since I was at work, I did not have the information available to make the transaction then. Thanked the rep and told her I would call later.* Called adidas later on **** at approximately * pm. Requested a return. The rep asked me why I wanted to return the shoes and I explained that in order to get discount, the rep i spoke to in the morning instructed me to do a return*rebuy. He told me that he would be able to do a price adjustment. He explained that adidas had several calls that day about the code and that they were going to do these adjustments. He explained that my information would be forward to customer relations, and they would contact me via email for the discount code and then apply the discount. Skeptically, I reiterated that the $** difference in price was substantial and that I did not want to be out this money. He assured me I would get the discount. He explained that the process should take a few days. * After a week, I had not received an email and called to follow up- the rep told me that she could see that my information was forwarded and that it could take **-** days to be processed. * Waited * more weeks and called again, once again I was told it was “in process”and that customer relations always responds. It has been over a month and a half and no one has responded. In fact, I have also filled out * surveys regarding this experience detailing the situation, and have-included my cell phone number for them to contact me. No one has responded.* As a long time purchaser of adidas products, I am deeply disappointed in this experience. Please feel free to pull the tapes as confirmation of my claims. I would like to have the price adjustment that I was promised.
