My granddaughter received a pair of Adidas Samoa shoes in August [redacted] for her school uniform at Indiana Math and Science Academy West in Indianapolis. I visited your website to find out how to clean them and followed the instructions provided. I believe these shoes should last longer than just 2 1/2 months. Currently, all the children's shoes are in poor condition. Unfortunately, my daughter and I cannot afford to purchase the black shoes that the school is now requiring parents to buy. I am willing to share pictures of my granddaughter's shoes and some of the other children's shoes for reference. It would greatly help a single working mother, who is eligible for food stamps, navigate this situation. The students at Indiana Math And Science Academy West are recipients of free lunches. Wishing you a Blessed day.

I recently purchased online a pair of Adidas Superstar women's size 5 in white and black. Upon using my credit card under the name Nadine Azzi, the order did not process successfully, but my credit company notified me that $85 has been charged. I would like some feedback on this and guidance on what steps to take next. Should I attempt to reorder the item? Address: 90 Loretta St New Brunswick, NJ [redacted] Thank you in advance, Nadine Azzi Sent from my iPhone

Hello, I am currently seeking sponsorship for my clothing line called "Black Philosophy." I would greatly appreciate your support in sponsoring the clothing line by providing financial assistance to purchase shirts, shorts, and skirts with the aim of expanding the brand across Africa. As you may know, Africa still faces discrimination, apartheid, and conflicts due to a lack of unity. The concept of "we are one" is not yet fully embraced continent-wide. By supporting Black Philosophy, I believe we can move closer to achieving unity in Africa. Your organization is known for promoting unity in Africa, and I believe partnering with UNICEF is the right step towards our goal. I look forward to your response regarding our sponsorship request. Sincerely, I.A. from Namibia

Dear Customer Support, I am writing to inform you about the issue I have encountered with a recent purchase. I bought a pair of Black ‘X17 Plus Pure Speed’ size 9 soccer cleats for my 16-year-old son on May 15, [redacted], for $[redacted]. He plays soccer approximately 4 days a week for his club. Unfortunately, after less than a month, the left boot's sole has separated from the upper at the toe, rendering the cleats unusable. My son has never had a pair of cleats fail so quickly in all his years of playing soccer. As a firefighter, I cannot afford to purchase $[redacted] shoes every month for my son's sport activities. He had excelled in school, so I wanted to reward him with these boots he desired. He was satisfied with their performance until this incident occurred. I would be willing to provide pictures or return the cleats if needed. I hope this pair was just an isolated defective case, as my son was fond of them. My main concern is whether it is normal for these shoes to deteriorate after only a month of moderate use. I am deeply disappointed by this product failure, especially since I have been a loyal soccer player who has always favored Copa Mundials. Kind Regards, T. Baldwin

During my visit to the Adidas store in Paramus, NJ today, I encountered an issue with a pair of shoes I bought. Despite being told they would be comfortable, they caused me severe discomfort. When I addressed this with Abby at the store, her initial attitude was poor and sarcastic. Eventually, I was able to exchange the shoes for a different pair, but I noticed the new pair was priced lower by $5.01. However, Abby refused to refund me the price difference or provide a gift card. Instead, she increased the price of the replacement shoes, which seemed unfair to me. I believe this practice is unlawful, and it has led me to decide to return all my purchases. I do not wish to support a store that engages in such practices or hires management with rude behavior. I plan to report this incident to the Better Business Bureau for further investigation.

I visited the Adidas store in Paramus, NJ today. I bought a pair of sandals that were supposed to be comfortable but were extremely painful. When I went back to the store, Abby gave me a hard time and was sarcastic. Eventually, she exchanged the sandals for a different pair that cost $5.01 less than the original, but she didn't refund me the difference. Instead, she increased the price of the new shoes. I feel this is unlawful and unethical. I will be returning all my purchases from this store as I don't want to support a business that mistreats customers and has rude staff. I am considering reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.

To whom it may concern, My name is Kathy. I recently purchased a pair of your Adidas Cloudfoam shoes because they felt very comfortable when I tried them on. Due to my back issues, it's a challenge for me to find shoes that are suitable for the amount of walking I do for work. I made the purchase about 3 weeks ago, and unfortunately, the store where I bought them cannot assist with the problem. The issue I am experiencing is that every time I walk, the shoes make a loud popping sound. I have inspected them thoroughly to check for any debris, but I have not found anything. I am extremely disappointed with these shoes now. As a mother of two, my budget is tight, and I prefer to spend my money on my children rather than on shoes. I rarely treat myself, so it's disheartening to encounter this problem after finally deciding to invest in new shoes. Could you please provide some insight into what might be causing this issue? Thank you.

I recently purchased Adidas hiking shoes (Order #[redacted]98) from EMS. In the past, EMS guaranteed the performance of their products, offering to replace items if they failed. Since EMS was bought out by a new owner and policy changes have occurred, they no longer honor these guarantees. The shoes I bought have a new lace system that has worn through the shoe's material near the toes, affecting the waterproofing. I believe the shoes should have lasted longer than two years, considering I don't hike year-round due to New England weather. The tear is located where the thin wire-like shoelace pierces the gore-tex material. The shoes are in excellent condition apart from this issue. I am seeking a replacement pair and suggest using different laces this time.

I was charged FOUR times by Adidas for my single order, overdrawing my bank account by $[redacted] while I was away. Consequently, I incurred $[redacted] in overdraft fees. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via calls, emails, and live chats, including speaking with a supervisor who was unhelpful and rude, Adidas has not resolved the issue or returned my calls. The customer service experience with them has been extremely disappointing, and I advise against making purchases from them in the future. I am seeking the reimbursement of the extra charges, as I find their actions questionable and am considering legal action. As a parent with financial responsibilities, this situation has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I regret my decision to shop with them and will not be a customer again.

To the Concerned Party, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the order process for the James Harden basketball shoes (Order # AD[redacted]85) in peach/teal. I placed the order on Thursday, July 5 and to this day, Monday, July 16, I have not received any shipping confirmation despite multiple attempts to contact Adidas via email and phone (1-[redacted]). After placing the order online on July 5 and receiving the confirmation that same day, I expected a shipping confirmation within three days. When I saw the shoes were out of stock on July 8, I emailed customer service without any response. Despite sending two more emails on July 10 and 12, I received no reply. I have also tried calling daily since July 13, waiting over 30 minutes each time without success. It has been 11 days since my order was confirmed, and I have had no communication from Adidas. This lack of professionalism is disappointing, especially considering previous issues with lost packages. I am requesting an update on my shipment and urge Adidas to expedite the delivery process. I anticipate a prompt and professional response. Sincerely, [Initials]

Subject: Quality Concern with Adidas Running Shoes Hello, I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I've experienced with the Adidas Solar Glide ST M running shoes I purchased from Boulder Running Company DTC in June. Within a short period and minimal use, I encountered splitting seams at the back of the shoe near the ankle. Despite exchanging the pair for the same model due to their comfort, the same problem recurred after a few weeks of use. Today, I exchanged the shoes for the Adidas Solar Glide M in hopes of better durability. I enjoy running in Adidas shoes, but if this issue persists, I may reconsider my footwear choice. I am uncertain if others have faced similar challenges with this particular shoe, as I have had positive experiences with Adidas in the past. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Zach J. Email: [redacted] Phone: [redacted]

Order #AD[redacted]78 I placed an order on 6/9 and received it on 6/13. On 6/13, I received a friends and family coupon from adidas for 30% off. When I called to request a price adjustment, the first representative said I needed to do a return/rebuy for the discount. Later the same day at around 5 pm, I called back and a different representative said they could do a price adjustment to honor the discount. They mentioned many customers had similar issues that day and assured me I would get the discount. After a week with no email, I followed up and was told it could take 10-12 days. Waiting another two weeks and multiple calls later, I was consistently told it was "in process" and that I would hear back from customer relations. Despite filling out surveys and providing my number, I never received a response. I have been a loyal adidas customer and am disappointed with this experience. I am seeking the price adjustment promised to me.

Today I visited the adidas store on 5th Avenue to exchange a pair of shoes that were a gift. Unfortunately, I didn't have the box or receipt, but the shoes were unworn with tags attached. The managers at the store were unhelpful and rude when I tried to exchange the shoes. Initially, they promised store credit but then changed their minds. The shoes are valued at $90-$[redacted], and I left them at the counter. The incident occurred on the third floor at the cashier's desk. I hope adidas can resolve this promptly. I also tried calling customer service, but no one answered. The lack of assistance and respect from the staff was disappointing considering it’s the flagship store.

I purchased a pair of adidas shoes for my son, who usually loves this brand. However, he disliked the tennis shoes I bought him for $80. Unfortunately, I misplaced the receipt and have been holding onto the shoes for a few months now. As a single mother of three teenagers, it's challenging to buy things for my kids. I feel upset about losing the receipt and the $85 spent on these shoes while they are just lying around unused. I attempted to sell them at a lower price, but my son wears a size 13, which has been hard to find buyers for. The shoes are brand new with tags, in the original box, and have never been worn. I'm not seeking a refund; I would appreciate an exchange if possible. Thank you for your understanding. - V. Marbilla

An unauthorized purchase was made on my closed credit card, and over the weekend, a box from Adidas was delivered to my home via FedEx. I tried contacting Adidas customer service but did not want to wait on hold for over 25 minutes. When I called your Corporate Office, I got patched into a phone employment interview, which is concerning for the security of your services. Please provide me with a shipping label or arrange for FedEx to pick up the merchandise promptly. I prefer not to go to the local Post Office due to the inconvenience. This situation has already wasted enough of my time, and I value my privacy. Thank you for addressing this issue promptly. Best, D.D.

To whom it may concern, I am Terrance Dye, a model, author, and personal stylist. I need to report a serious fraud incident involving a supposed collaboration between Kelvin Martins Photography, Adidas, and myself. On 8/14, I received a message from them claiming they found my modeling pictures on Instagram and expressed interest in working with me through my agency, Nine9. Excited about this offer, I shared the news with my loved ones and followers. Subsequently, on 08/15, I was sent a contract for this project, which I signed and returned the following day. They mentioned an advance payment of $[redacted] and additional wardrobe expenses, totaling $2,[redacted], with a promised $8,[redacted] upon completion. After receiving a fraudulent tracking number and a failed delivery attempt, I realized I had been deceived. This situation has not only emotionally affected me but also disappointed my supporters who were eagerly anticipating my collaboration with Adidas. I possess all the relevant emails and the signed contract for your investigation. Please take immediate action to prevent other models from falling prey to these deceitful individuals. I have forwarded all correspondence to [redacted] under the subject line "Fraud on model Terrance Dye & Adidas."

I recently purchased a pair of Adidas NMD shoes and wore them for about 20-25 minutes while on a job. During a break, I was shocked to find a significant hole and tear in one of the shoes after just a few days of gentle use. I adore Adidas products and appreciate the style of the NMDs, but this situation is disappointing. I would like to request a refund to replace them with a new pair. I am happy to continue supporting Adidas and have another pair for jogging if needed. I spent $[redacted] on the shoes, and it's disheartening that they were damaged so quickly without any extreme activities. I hope we can find a solution together. Thank you.

Ten years ago, I purchased a pair of shoes that have finally worn out. Regrettably, no stores seem to stock 10 1/2 EE US sizes that are similar. I have the model number and detailed information from the tongue tag, including: size 10 1/2 male, YYA [redacted] [redacted] 7/10, ART G07242 2E, #[redacted]87, and 3GV4DX3W00095. These shoes are crucial for me as I sustained foot injuries in a plane crash in [redacted], resulting in peripheral neuropathy. I require shoes with the correct fit to prevent any tightness that could lead to complications due to my lack of sensation in my feet. Your brand has been essential in maintaining my foot health for the past decade. I remember a green fabric sports shoe from your line back in the day that aided my recovery from frostbite in Alaska in [redacted]. Could you please assist me in finding a few more pairs to last me the next ten years? I truly value your help and eagerly await information on where I can purchase them. Thank you for your support. John.

I need a receipt for a purchase I made on 08/12/[redacted] in Camarillo, CA. The store manager, Kevin, found the receipt but can't email it without corporate approval. I've provided all the necessary details. Can you authorize him to send it to me? Thank you, GA

I have been trying to obtain a copy of the receipt for items I purchased on August 12, [redacted], for almost a month now. Despite multiple attempts through your customer service department and online form submissions on your client relations website, I have not received the receipt. I am frustrated with the lack of response and the dismissive replies I have received so far. I have provided all necessary details, including the items purchased, payment method, transaction time, and store location. Please contact the store manager, Kevin, at [redacted] in Camarillo, CA, to authorize the release of the receipt to me. I will follow up on this matter until it is resolved. Thank you. - Giorgio.
