I have been patiently awaiting a response from Adagio for over two months now. During my visit to the Old Orchard store, my name was inappropriately displayed on the cash register, which was quite upsetting. The store manager's decision to publicly shame me in this manner was unprofessional and hurtful. I promptly documented the incident with pictures, sending them to Adagio's email, but unfortunately, I have not received any communication regarding this issue despite my voicemails and emails. As a dedicated customer of Adagio teas for many years, I have never returned a product due to my genuine appreciation for your teas. I have even selected Adagio as the exclusive tea provider for my upcoming business. The manager's behavior at the Old Orchard store was disrespectful and has deeply disappointed me. I am concerned about the company's tolerance of such conduct and am eager to discuss this matter with a representative.

I made order number [redacted], but then I realized I needed to make some changes. When I tried to cancel it, it was already in "processing" status. I have a new order ready, but I need order [redacted] to be cancelled to avoid return shipping fees.

I placed an order for tea worth $[redacted] on March 28 for my guests visiting from CT. According to your tracking and FedEx, the tea was set to arrive on April 5. However, it did not arrive as scheduled. Upon checking the tracking, the delivery date changed to April 6 but still did not arrive. The latest update now indicates it will arrive on April 9. I am upset and disappointed for several reasons: spending a significant amount on the tea without receiving it on time, having to incur additional shipping costs, and the lack of a contact phone number for customer service. I enjoy your tea and discovered it through a friend, but the experience has been frustrating. I will not be recommending your products due to this inconvenience.

I have been closely monitoring the shipment via FedEx, and I noticed that since Monday night, the package has not progressed past Martinsburg. This is unusual, as the destination is Pittsburgh, PA, and I am concerned about the delay and the package ending up in Martinsburg, WV. Furthermore, there seems to be an issue with the Barcode Label in the tracking history mentioning that it was unreadable and had to be replaced. I would appreciate it if you could assist in contacting FedEx through Adagio to inquire about the status of the package and any potential issues it may have encountered. Hello, I noticed several unauthorized transactions on my bank statement from the website. While attempting to make a purchase as a new customer, I encountered an issue during the checkout process. Despite providing the necessary information, when prompted to create a password, I received an error message about the password being incorrect. Upon multiple attempts, I ultimately received a notification stating, "Your credit card failed to authorize. Card volume exceeded BANK MESSAGE. Please try again or go to previous step and try another card." Subsequently, I discovered the multiple unauthorized transactions on my online bank account. Unfortunately, my efforts to cancel the order were unsuccessful as it indicated that my account does not exist. It seems the purchase was not successfully completed with the intended account. I would like assistance in canceling the order and receiving refunds for the unauthorized transactions.

I've noticed several unexpected charges on my bank statement from the website. I encountered a problem during checkout where, after inputting my email and bank details, I was prompted to create a password. Each time I tried to set a password and place the order, I received an error message stating the password was incorrect. Upon trying again, it then stated my credit card failed authorization due to a bank message about card volume. Upon checking my online banking, I saw multiple unauthorized transactions from the website. I attempted to cancel the order, only to be informed my account didn't exist, likely because of the failed purchase attempts. I would like to request a cancellation of the order and a refund for the unauthorized transactions.
