The issue in GetHuman-crsutton's own words
Establish a connection with my Acurite Access to Atlas and view on Mobile and Computer Devices. ... I just setup my Acurite Atlas, when attempting to setup my Acurite Access I receive the following error message:*(Device must be connected and reporting data to claim it. Please make sure the device is connected to your router and the status lights are blinking).*I have been through every recommended fix procedure with the same result. I feel my Access is defective.*I strongly feel a replacement is required to resolve this issue.
I spent over * hours reading through and applying all recommendations to resolve this issue without success. As easy as the Atlas was to setup, its become very frustrating spending so much time on trying to get my Acurite Access connected. Obviously its Defective.

This is my Third Acurite * in * weather system. I have been a long time loyal customer for many years, enjoying the benefits of my systems.
I tried every recommended procedure to fix the problem with no result. I continue to receive the error message: (Device must be connected and reporting data to claim it. Please make sure the device is connected to your router and the status lights are blinking).
