I tried to transfer my Xbox account progress to PC by unlinking my Xbox account and linking it to my Activision account on PC. Unfortunately, this process has reset me to level 1. I now have to wait 12 months to try unlinking again because I mistakenly linked it to the wrong email address. I wanted to link my [redacted] Xbox account (with 1 day and 8 hours of progress) to my [redacted] PC account. However, I accidentally linked it to an email address [redacted] I hope someone can assist me with resolving this issue.

During my playtime on Modern Warfare, my Microsoft account was compromised because I had the same password for both my Microsoft and Activision accounts. Fortunately, I managed to recover my Microsoft account and continued to enjoy Cold War without any issues. However, when I tried to download Warzone for the latest update, I received a message stating that I have been permanently banned from Modern Warfare. I lost access to my Microsoft account in September [redacted] and only regained it just before the release of Cold War. It seems that something occurred during the period when I did not have access to my account. I am curious to know what transpired or if there is an appeals process available for this situation.

I encountered connection issues earlier today while playing on the new Nuke Town map in Cold War. I switched to play World of Warcraft for a while and when I returned to Cold War, I was unable to load the game and saw that my account had been permanently banned. I have been diligently ranking up in the game and have not violated any terms of service. My voice channel is muted, and I do not use cheats, so I am confused as to why I have been banned. My Battle.net tag is Dresden#[redacted]. I recently activated my token to play and only participated in a single game of prop hunt before the ban occurred. I attempted to contact support on the website, but was met with unhelpful responses. I simply wish for the ban to be lifted so I can continue playing the game that I have paid for.

I'm completely baffled as to why I can't log in to Modern Warfare servers anymore. It's stating that I've been banned, and this is incredibly distressing as I've always played fair without cheating or hacking. I'm at a loss as to why this has happened, especially considering the amount I've invested in this game. Is there any possible way to rectify this situation so I can return to playing Warzone? Given that I play on a console, there's absolutely no way for me to cheat in any form. All I desire is to be able to enjoy the game once more!

Hello, I made a mistake and now I need help. I have an original Xbox Activision account on MW with [redacted] CP. I bought Cold War and created a new account on my PS4 in preparation for the PS5. I realized during Season 1 that my CP wouldn't transfer between accounts. When I tried to unlink my PS4 account to link it back to my Xbox account to get my 2400CP, it didn't work. None of the Cod Points transferred over to Cold War. When I tried to revert this change, I got a message saying I can't log back into that account for another 12 months because I can't unlink more than once within that timeframe. I wasn't aware I would lose all my progress just to retrieve my CP. If you could help me soon so I can play Season 1 on my original Cold War account, I'd appreciate it. My old Xbox Activision account is under [redacted], and the new PS4 account is [redacted]

I feel disheartened spending money and time troubleshooting while feeling unsupported by Activision. *Update #2*: I resorted to creating a new account with a different number and managed to find matches swiftly. This raises concerns about my main account and its compatibility due to the used SSD. When I first started playing Cold War, I had to log in with my Activision account. So, I did that. When I tried to play Warzone the other day after not opening Modern Warfare for a few months, my whole account seemed to have disappeared. The game was giving me tutorials as if I had just bought it for the first time. I had put in many hours into the game and had even earned Damascus. I've participated in numerous multiplayer matches on Infinite Warfare, but I'm struggling to unlock the Dominion trophy. This achievement requires winning 5 matches, and despite winning almost [redacted] matches, I still haven't earned it. Playing on PlayStation 4 under the accountname Dyleration, it's frustrating not to have the platinum due to this persistent bug. I recently purchased Call of Duty: Cold War and inexplicably received a permanent ban. Instead of appealing, I opted to create a new account and repurchase the game. Initially, everything was fine, but the next day, it took a long time to find a lobby, only to encounter numerous hackers. After some investigation, I discovered I was shadow banned. Now, one account is permanently banned, and the other is shadow banned. I've invested a lot of money and have not violated any rules on either account. Activision released a new update on December 20, [redacted]. I purchased Gunzo the clown, a special character, but his voice is not functioning correctly. Instead, I am hearing the factory default Australian voice. Additionally, when facing opponents who have special characters, I cannot see them; they appear as gray default characters with helmets. This update seems to have introduced numerous bugs. I am frustrated by spending a significant amount of money on these features, only to encounter these issues. The costs of special characters are substantially higher compared to Xbox games where characters are more affordable. I believe that if I invest in a special character, it should work correctly without any problems.

Hello. My Activision account was hacked. The person goes by the name Faisl_5556 with a Playstation account at Activision, his player name is OS 7. I noticed because he is still in the regiment in Call of Duty Modern Warfare. On my Call of Duty mobile app, his name Faisl_5556 showed up, now he has deactivated the account on mobile. He still has my Saw Skin in the game. On the 9th of December, I could still play, but on the 10th, my account was inaccessible. I tried the forgot password option, but the email never arrived. So, I signed up again with the same email, thinking everything was fine, but no, my account was wiped clean. Damascus camouflage, skins, all weapon unlocks, Battle Pass - all gone. My email was ([redacted]). My in-game name is Psychokiller1978. The new account that was wiped clean has the same email ([redacted]) and the name Psychokiller1978. The person is still playing with the account as I can see it in the regiment when he's online. I hope you can assist me in recovering my account. Cold War was also reset. I have restarted from scratch now. But Modern Warfare and Warzone had about [redacted] gaming hours combined. I mistakenly unlinked my activation account from my Blizzard account. I have two Blizzard accounts, and when I entered my information, it linked to the wrong account. I recently bought Call of Duty: Cold War, and immediately encountered significant issues during gameplay, including mid-match crashes. After being away for three weeks, I returned home excited to play Warzone, only to find a message stating that I have been banned from the game. While I was streaming Cyberpunk [redacted], a friend alerted me that my account was compromised. Despite not playing since the new season launch, my account was at level [redacted] and showed activity in Warzone with a Clan tag changed to [FaZe5], emblem, and calling card altered. I have submitted three tickets but could not provide evidence through the system. I do have clips from my Twitch streams, screenshots of gameplay and customizations, including earning Damascus in COD:MW. I possess proof of purchase for MW and BOCW, along with COD point transactions. I can also get confirmation from several friends identifying the account in question as mine, named Haywood with #[redacted].

After playing PUBG, I joined friends in the warzone. When I lost connection while in the game menu, I discovered my account was permanently locked. Now, with a new account, the game search stalls at a ping of [redacted]. I suspect the issue might be due to my A4tech mouse with the bloody program. This mouse has one script where the mouse sends an incorrect signal when the left button is held down, making it seem like I'm continuously pressing the button. I wonder if this is causing me to be mistakenly flagged as a hacker along with the rest.

I have been grounded since August, and recently, my friends informed me that someone has been using my account on PC. Although I've just been allowed to use my account again, I would like to regain access or at least be able to unlink it. I have been playing Call of Duty since I was very young and I am eager to start playing again. I have invested over $[redacted] in this account and it would be a huge loss to repurchase all my games. Upon using my most recent email, a new account was created instead of accessing my existing one. Upon attempting to create a new account with my old email, the system indicated an account already existed. Despite requesting three password resets to my original email without any success, I am eager to link the Activision account to a new PS4 account to resume gameplay. However, I am unable to change my password at this time. I have invested a significant amount of money into the game and am anxious to regain access to my account with all my acquired guns and skins.
