Activision ID: McLovinnn_it#[redacted] I recently bought the Multiplayer version of Modern Warfare online. After changing my primary PS4 console, Activision is prompting me to repurchase the game. Even though I remain logged in with the account that made the original purchase, I am unable to access the multiplayer version without being asked to buy it again. I expected to retain access to the multiplayer version after purchasing it from my account, especially since all of my saved data such as classes and skins are still intact. What steps should I take to resolve this issue?

I have been a competitive player since season 1, and my name has always been Ander. My UID is [redacted][redacted]21. On December 9, [redacted], my Activision-linked account was stolen. The thief changed the password, preventing me from accessing the game through Activision; only Facebook login works now. I want to reclaim my Activision account and unlink it from COD to stop the thief from changing the password. I want to ensure only I can access my account securely.

Hello, my account on Call of Duty: Cold War has been banned. I admit to using glitch spots in zombies, which have now been fixed. I don't understand why I received a permanent suspension instead of a warning or just a reset of my progress. Many others have used glitches and not been banned. I am willing to accept a reset of my progress, but not a complete ban as I have put a lot of time into playing the game. I hope this issue can be resolved quickly so I can enjoy the game as intended. My account name is "xXzacster007Xx". Thank you.

My Activision account was banned from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare for 6 days starting on 12/10/[redacted]. The reason for the ban was not clearly stated, but there is a list of possible reasons provided. I have been playing this game since it was released in [redacted] without any issues until now. I suspect that the ban might be related to the presence of hackers in the game, which is frustrating to deal with as it ruins the gaming experience. Sometimes, I am wrongly accused of cheating due to my game strategies and abilities, like using a UAV or a perk called high alert. I have reported cheaters in the past when it was evident, but I believe that some players might report others out of spite or frustration. I really enjoy playing Call of Duty with my friends as a way to unwind, and it is disappointing to be banned unexpectedly. I hope this message sheds some light on the situation and I ask for assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you for your help. Sincerely, Jesus S.

Since the Black Ops Cold War update on December 8th, I have been unable to access my Cold War game at all. Each time I try to proceed past the main screen by pressing A, a large black screen appears, indicating that my BLACKOUT trial has ended and prompting me to purchase the full game. I spent $70 on this game and it's frustrating that I cannot play it. Despite checking that all 6 out of 6 game parts are installed in the settings as suggested, the issue persists. I've been unable to play for nearly 4 days now, and I am disappointed. I either need the game I paid for to function properly or a refund.

I recently received a ban from Activision lasting 1.6 billion minutes. I have tried to contact Activision for clarification but have been unsuccessful. While I understand bans are final, the severity of this ban without a clear reason seems excessive considering their policies. I have not engaged in hacking and I am at a loss as to why this action was taken against me. This ban has not only deprived me of my progress but has also resulted in financial losses due to my inability to play. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue.

My daughter is unable to access her account on Call of Duty. She suspects it has been hacked. I've invested a significant amount purchasing in-game items for her. I just want her to resume playing without losing progress or purchases. As a parent on a budget, I only request that Activision restores what we paid for. Kindly reach out to my daughter at [redacted] or email her at [redacted] I will provide my email for further communication.

My friend and I have been playing Modern Warfare Warzone and we are just trying to have fun. I have video proof of other players cheating, which is really ruining our experience. The lack of fairness is making the game less enjoyable. I understand cheating can be common, but if this continues, I would appreciate a refund or some form of resolution. I love this game, but the cheating is becoming unreasonable.

I bought Call of Duty - Black Ops: Cold War for PC from Blizzard. After installing and setting up the game, I encountered an issue where my account was permanently banned before even playing due to an unknown reason. I have tried various troubleshooting steps like restarting the game and my computer, but the problem persists. I attempted to contact Activision for assistance, but they were unhelpful and unwilling to address the situation. I have a long history of gaming and achievements tied to this account, and I'm disappointed by this ban. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue to avoid having to create a new account and buy the game again. Thank you.

Every time I log in to Cold War, it prompts me to purchase the Blackout Edition even though I believe I should already have it. I am currently at 3rd Prestige Master status in Cold War, and after an update, it's asking me to purchase another version. This is frustrating and needs to be addressed promptly because it's becoming too much to handle.

Once, I logged into my Xbox to play Modern Warfare, but I couldn't remember my password. In my confusion, I accidentally signed up with a new account, losing all my progress, purchases, and achievements. I'm struggling to recover my original account linked to my Xbox, which I can't recall as it was associated with my Activision ID. I hope there is a way to retrieve my lost account data, as I invested both money and time in it. Your assistance in recovering my previous account would be greatly appreciated.

My Activision account was hacked on November 16, [redacted], and I submitted an account request the following day (Case Number [redacted]02). I have yet to receive any information about it. I understand support availability has been impacted by COVID, but it has been a month with no word. I have put a lot of money and time into the Call of Duty franchise, especially Modern Warfare/Warzone, and this is disheartening. Please help as soon as possible.

Hello, I recently tried to access my Call of Duty account and encountered an issue. The system prompted me to create a new Activision account, even though I've had one since the start of Warzone. When attempting to log in, I was only given the option to make a new one. After creating a new account with my original email, both my Warzone and Cold War profiles were reset to level 1, erasing all my progress and purchases. This is extremely frustrating as I invested a significant amount of time and money into these accounts, particularly my Warzone profile. My current ID is Jamie#[redacted], but my correct ID should be Jamie#[redacted]. I would greatly appreciate prompt assistance with resolving this matter, especially with the new Warzone update approaching on December 16th. Thank you, Jamie F.

Hello, I understand this may not be the appropriate department, but I have exhausted my support options. My Activision account was hacked, resulting in a ban from Call of Duty Cold War. After contacting Activision support and receiving conflicting information, I reached out to Blizzard support, who confirmed the ban. Despite limited playtime due to my demanding job, my account shows activity when I'm not available. I have taken security measures and seek resolution to access the game I paid for. I request my account to be unbanned and can provide video evidence upon request. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have a question regarding my Modern Warfare/Activision/XBOX accounts. I recently unlinked my old XBOX account/gamertag from my Activision account to switch it to my new XBOX account/gamertag. Unfortunately, I mistakenly entered the wrong email/password for my new XBOX account, which created a third XBOX account with that incorrect email. Now, this new third XBOX account is tied to my Modern Warfare/Activision account, and I am unable to un-link it for 12 months. I am seeking assistance from Activision to correctly link my Activision account to the appropriate XBOX account.

After purchasing Call of Duty Cold War, I encountered issues with not receiving email confirmations and difficulties downloading the game. Despite buying it twice, I still faced problems, and Blizzard's support was unhelpful. Requesting a refund led to disputes with my credit card company that resulted in the game being disabled. Blizzard revealed I had bought the game multiple times, leading me to repurchase it. However, I was then locked out of the game after buying it thrice. The customer service responses seemed generic and unhelpful, making the situation frustrating. While I appreciate the games developed by your team, the handling of this matter has tested my patience. I hope for a resolution to this issue to enjoy the game as intended. Thank you for your attention. - JS

I am having trouble signing into my account. When I try to log in, I get an "umbrella merge conflict" error. I logged into my Activision account on their website and it seems that another Xbox Live account is connected to my profile. This situation is frustrating, especially since I have invested nearly $[redacted] in this account. The Xbox Live account linked to my Activision profile does not belong to me. I need assistance with resolving this issue. Thank you.
