I spent hundreds of dollars on COD Mobile in October, **** to get a legendary weapons. While leveling up said weapon, it mysteriously disappeared. Ive tried contacting support through the game and Activision with mostly prewritten automated replies. However, I did get one where they aknowledged they were hit by a virus and they apologized, and said to contact support at another address and they'd get back to me in ** to ** hours. Going on a month now, with only recieving * automated replies that don't help whatsoever. I'm only asking for a refund or credit for $***.**, the amount it took for me to have to repurchase the gun.
GetHuman5452174 did not yet indicate what Activision should do to make this right.
