On October 16, I attempted to exchange the exclusive Cold War character via Xbox, only to discover that someone had changed my account information and eventually hacked it. The issue didn't end there - this individual also attempted to hack my social networks like Facebook, Gmail, and Twitter. I am in urgent need of assistance regarding this matter. I am hesitant to change the passwords for my networks fearing another hacking attempt. It's important to note that my Activision account was the only one that got hacked; I can still access Facebook and the COD mobile game, which was also affected. I have already gone through the protocol of creating a new account and am awaiting further instructions, but I am finding this situation incredibly difficult to handle.

I purchased an Xbox One Call of Duty Modern Warfare game for my son at Walmart in Albemarle, NC, around the 4th of October. I paid $53.72 for the game inclusive of taxes. My son downloaded and played the game without any issues until Thursday night, October 15th, when the disc suddenly stopped working the following morning. Even though the game was downloaded, the disc is required to play. I consulted a local game store for help without success. Walmart declined assistance as I had not purchased a warranty. I tried contacting Activision but faced difficulties finding the right phone number or website without being prompted to create an account. I simply want to discuss replacing the game, as I am disappointed that this is the first time I have encountered an issue with a Call of Duty game after purchasing many without incident.

Hello, Two days ago, I encountered a problem where my account was hacked, leading to someone stealing it. Fortunately, a Blizzard customer service representative assisted me in recovering my account. Following this, I noticed that every game I try to play has a high latency of [redacted] ms, making it impossible to find a match. Upon researching, I discovered that I may have been shadow banned. Although I was willing to wait for the ban to be lifted in 7 days, I was shocked to find today that I've been issued a "permanent ban" for no apparent reason. I haven't engaged in any misconduct, and I even paid 70 euros for this game. My email account is [redacted], and my Blizzard tag is ChoccoHZ#[redacted]. My Activision ID is CHoccoHZ#[redacted], and my name is Chris Adamos. I'm reaching out for assistance as something seems amiss. Thank you for your help.

After contacting Blizzard customer service, my account was recovered, but now I am experiencing high ping of [redacted] ms in every game and difficulty finding matches. Upon researching, I discovered I have a shadow ban, possibly related to the previous hacking incident. A week ago, my account was hacked, and despite the help of a Blizzard customer service agent to recover it, I now have a high ping of 350ms in every game and cannot find a match. Here are my account details: Blizzard tag - ChoccoHZ#[redacted], Activision ID - CHoccoHZ#[redacted], Name - Chris Adamos. Please assist as there seems to be an error. Thank you. The issue pertains to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.

Please, I urgently need your assistance. Two days ago, my account was hacked, leading to issues with my games. A Blizzard customer service representative helped me recover my account, but now I am experiencing a high ping of 350ms and am unable to find matches. Upon researching, I discovered I may have a shadow ban due to the earlier hacking incident. I was willing to wait the advised 7 days for it to be resolved, but today I checked and found my account permanently banned for no apparent reason. I have invested 70 euros into this game and feel unjustly penalized. My email is [redacted], Blizzard tag "ChoccoHZ#[redacted]," Activision ID "CHoccoHZ#[redacted]," and my name is Chris "Adamos." Upon launching Modern Warfare after several months, I encountered a distressing message informing me of a permanent ban from the game's servers. Confusion and disbelief filled me as I tried to comprehend the rationale behind this banishment. Despite not actively engaging with the game since the previous season, the system claimed otherwise. I fear my account may have fallen victim to unauthorized access, leaving me unjustly penalized. My commitment to achieving Damascus, adorned with obsidian weapons, stands testament to my dedication. Requesting clarification on the grounds for this ban, I appeal for the restoration of my account. This unforeseen hindrance befuddles me, especially as I always strive to maintain a positive gaming environment. For transparency, I utilize an Xbox One X gaming console. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I have been experiencing high ping of [redacted] in games recently. My internet connection is usually reliable with above-average speed, leading me to believe I may have been shadow banned. I am an average gamer with a K/D of 1.02, and despite playing daily with friends who are better players, I seem to be the only one facing this issue. I have concerns about the effectiveness of the anti-cheat system and I am considering canceling my pre-order of Cold War, as I do not find it worth 60 EUR with these ongoing problems. I would appreciate it if this matter could be resolved promptly, especially with the Halloween update currently happening. I am currently at my PC while my friends are enjoying playing Zombie Royale on Discord. Due to the restrictions in my country because of the pandemic, this gaming time is one of the few pleasures I have at the moment. I also want to mention I am a big fan of using the RPG, so any reports may come from players frustrated by being defeated by it. Thank you.

A week ago, I experienced a hacking issue where my account was stolen. After reaching out to a Blizzard customer service representative, my account was restored. However, since then, I've been having connectivity problems in every game with a high ping of [redacted] ms and have not been able to find matches. Upon researching, I discovered I might have a shadow ban. I assumed this was connected to the hacking incident and expected it to last for 7 days. Today, to my surprise, I found out that I have received a permanent ban without any clear reason. I have not violated any rules and have invested 70 euros in this game. My email associated with the account is [redacted]. My Blizzard tag is ChoccoHZ#[redacted], and my Activision ID is CHoccoHZ#[redacted]. I go by the name Chris. Adamos. I would appreciate any help or clarification on this matter. Thank you.

Hello, I require assistance as my account was compromised. I have invested significant time and money into playing a game on PS4 under the username RagePiranha#[redacted]. Upon attempting to log in, I discovered that my account has been unlinked from Activision and linked to a battle.net account under the username HIDDENPANTS#[redacted]. This unauthorized access has jeopardized my progress, including events like Halloween and recent purchases, such as the SAW operator pack. I possess all necessary verification details to confirm my identity, including credit card information and purchase emails. Despite being logged in to the Companion App, I am unable to rectify the situation or link my PSN or Steam account back. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

My Activision account was stolen. Someone accessed it and changed the primary email and password. I was shocked when I couldn't sign in on my PS4 as usual. Even Call of Duty Mobile had the same issue. The profile name was even different in the Activision app. I tried to recover it using Activision support, but now my new account is linked to my PS4, not the old one with the email [redacted] The new account is [redacted] My ticket number is [redacted]30. Waiting for a seven-day response seems unreasonable, especially considering the $1,[redacted].00 I've spent on downloading MW alone, without even counting other linked games like Call of Duty WW2 or Call of Duty Mobile.

I was playing a battle royale match when my account got banned. I am certain I didn't do anything wrong. The ban happened after using a promo code in the Google redemption center. I followed the advice of creators and friends by disconnecting and uninstalling the VPN before playing. The code worked, but I was banned shortly after. I swear I didn't violate any rules, just redeemed a code. Please lift the ban. I invested a lot of money and time in the game. A 10-year ban is too severe. I am truly desperate for help.

I've recently transitioned from Xbox to PC and need help transferring my Activision account. Unfortunately, I can't recall the email associated with my account from October 29, [redacted]. I had linked my Xbox account to it. I fear losing £[redacted] worth of items and over [redacted] hours of gameplay. This account was crucial to my gaming experience, allowing me to customize my in-game items and name. From "zoggs cap" to "mr brindley" to "-_-," I cherished the flexibility it offered. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in recovering my account so I can link it to my BattleNet account.

I recently discovered that my Activision account was compromised. Someone managed to change the primary email and password without my knowledge. It came as a surprise when I tried to log in on my PS4 like I do daily to play MW, and I was prompted to sign in but received an error stating the email or password was incorrect. The username on my profile was also different when I checked on the Activision app. I immediately sought help from Activision support to recover my account and even created a new one linked to my PS4, but the original account which was linked to [redacted] remains inaccessible. My new account is [redacted] I have a ticket number [redacted]55, but waiting for a response for up to 7 days seems unreasonable. I have invested around $1,[redacted].00 in MW alone, not considering previous Call of Duty versions or Call of Duty Mobile tied to my Activision account. I anticipate that Activision will assist in restoring access to my original account with the email [redacted]

Last Saturday, my email and password were changed without my knowledge. I was not the one who made these changes. I urgently need to recover my account, as I have invested considerable time and effort into achieving Damascus and becoming a top player in COD Modern Warfare. I have also completed all Battle Passes and was close to finishing season 6. Please assist me in regaining access to my account. I am willing to provide any necessary information to prove my identity. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I encountered an issue while trying to launch Modern Warfare from the battle.net app. After a few days of being away from my computer, I had to download new updates for the game. At the same time, my Logitech G Hub software was updating, and I found that my Mouse and Keyboard were not being detected. I attempted to troubleshoot this by switching to the Logitech software when suddenly Modern Warfare crashed. I opted not to boot in safemode when prompted, and after trying to relaunch the game, I was informed that a system restart was necessary. After the restart and confirming that the G Hub was functioning correctly, I tried to open Modern Warfare only to find out that I had been permanently banned. I want to stress that I have never engaged in cheating, boosting, or exploiting glitches. I am the sole user of this account and have invested over $[redacted] in this game. The sudden permanent ban without prior warning or temporary suspension is surprising and feels unjust. I have always followed the terms and agreements and am seeking assistance in resolving this matter.

My Call of Duty account was compromised on October 10 at approximately 4:25 PM ET. The hackers managed to alter both the email address and password associated with my account and potentially linked it to a platform like PSN. I received an email notification confirming the email address change without displaying the complete username. I have followed the support process provided by Activision, which requires creating a new account and connecting it to my PSN account during the recovery phase. Despite accurately completing the account recovery form, my requests have not been successful. I'm incredibly frustrated as I have invested a substantial amount of money on my Activision account across various Call of Duty titles, especially Modern Warfare, and I am eager to resume playing. The rightful ownership of the account should be evident as my linked PSN account shares the same email address as my Activision account did prior to the security breach on October 10. Furthermore, I still have access to the email account in question. Engaging in a direct conversation with a representative could potentially expedite the resolution of this distressing situation.

I am having trouble accessing my Activision account. Despite knowing my login details, I was unable to log in. I attempted to reset the password but did not receive the reset email. Trying to reset the password in the Call of Duty game also proved unsuccessful, leaving me unable to log back in. In a desperate attempt to resolve the issue, I created a new account within Call of Duty using my usual email and password. However, upon logging in, I discovered that I had been reset to level 1, missing Damascus and blueprints. I urgently need assistance to recover my original account to resume progress on my battle pass. Additionally, I am concerned about the impact on my Cold War game now that my account is reset and contemplating whether to seek a refund. To complicate matters further, an individual named F5#[redacted] has taken control of my regiment in my absence. Despite my efforts on various platforms, I have not been successful in resolving these issues. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Good evening, my issue with COD Warzone is that when I log into my Activision account and search for a game, the Ping goes up to [redacted] ms. I tried it with my brother's account, and I could easily find a game without any issues. When I switched back to my account, the same problem occurred with a [redacted] ms Ping. I have been experiencing this for almost 8 days now since November 27th of this year. After doing some research, I found out that there are hackers using a spoofer to hack into other accounts by taking the ID and putting it on their computer to avoid getting banned. In my case, I do not cheat in any way. If you can check my statistics, you will see that I don't use hacks; I'm just not very good and play for fun to support the creators. Since I have invested money in this game, I just want a quick solution to this. Thank you very much for your prompt response.

Yesterday, on November 4th, I was playing Modern Warfare multiplayer as usual. I often got accused of cheating in some lobbies for unknown reasons. My preferred game mode is shoot house 24/7 or any mosh pit playlist available in hardcore for skin grinding. Today, on November 5th, I discovered that my account has been permanently banned without any explanation or notification. I am devastated, confused, and overwhelmed with anxiety. I enjoy playing on that map and have spent a considerable amount of money on in-game content. I am unable to find a way to contact support regarding this issue. I am seeking assistance from customer service to resolve this problem and would appreciate any help in fixing this issue.
