Dear Sirs, I am writing in regards to a spam email issue I have been experiencing. My account is registered under the name Eugor11405, and I am an active player on World of Warcraft Classic, specifically on the Incendius server. Recently, I assisted a player by giving them some gold to help them get started in the game, with the simple request to pay it forward once they were able to do so. Unfortunately, this player, identified as Johnston, has been incessantly spamming me with mail despite my requests for them to stop. I have reported this player multiple times, but the issue persists. I kindly request that you take action to block this individual from contacting me further. Maintaining a positive gaming environment is crucial for my enjoyment of the game, and I hope this matter can be resolved promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I am trying to play my PlayStation for the first time in months, possibly a year. When I connect to WiFi, it keeps showing an error message stating my sign-in ID or password is incorrect. I am certain I have entered the correct password, but I decided to change it just in case. After updating the password, the issue persists. I have spent quite a while searching for solutions online without success. I recently learned that new accounts may not have access to multiplayer, which I was unaware of when creating a new account. Now, both my old and new accounts are unable to play online. I am seeking guidance on how to resolve this matter, preferably with clear step-by-step instructions.

I am a huge fan of the Guitar Hero series, starting from the very first one on the PS2. The closure of the GHTV feature on Guitar Hero Live was truly disappointing. The songs on GHTV were amazing, and playing the Live portion just isn't the same. I kindly request that you release those songs for download so we can enjoy them once more. One specific song held sentimental value for me, as it reminded me of my late fiancé. Please consider releasing a patch to make these songs available for purchase. I believe many players, like myself, would be willing to pay for them. Your attention to this matter would mean a lot to your dedicated fan base. Thank you for your consideration. - J

I recently purchased a game and a 12-month subscription to PlayStation Plus. However, I have not received the CoD points that I was supposed to get for buying the subscription. I have been attempting to contact someone through the Activision chat for 6 days now. I have waited in the queue for over an hour multiple times, only to be disconnected without the option to reconnect. Despite checking in every 2 hours between 6 am and 1 am AEST, I have been unable to establish a chat session. I have also tried reaching out through Facebook posts and messenger. Can someone from Activision please reach out to me? I would like to use the points to purchase the battle pass and access everything I've unlocked. Thank you, James.

Dear Forum Members, I need assistance with my Modern Warfare account. Two months ago during the beginning of season 2, I encountered glitches preventing me from launching the game, displaying an error message saying it couldn't connect to online services. Upon turning off my firewall and installing an update, I discovered I had been permanently banned without clarity on the reason. I suspect my account may have been hacked as I have only accessed it from two computers on the same router. I have reached out to Activision support but have not received a response. I kindly request a review of the IP addresses connected to my account, verifying if they match my Canadian IP. If other IP addresses are found, it could indicate a hack. I enjoy playing Modern Warfare and wish to access my account; if the review shows no violations, I seek the ban to be lifted. I purchased Call of Duty: Modern Warfare from the PlayStation online store to play with my son. Unfortunately, the game is not working online. While other games function properly for online play, this specific game has a poor reputation for online functionality. When attempting to reach out for assistance by phone, PlayStation was unable to provide support with live representatives. Despite downloading the game, it fails to operate, leading me to believe the product is defective. As a result, I sought a refund through my credit card company for the nonfunctional game. Regrettably, PlayStation responded by suspending my account, which I had recently renewed for a year. Without my account, I am unable to access any online features, despite having paid for the subscription. I urge PlayStation to address this issue and reinstate my account as the game I purchased is not functional.

I've been playing MW since I bought it and I dedicate a lot of time to the game, often playing with friends and having a great time. Today, due to the current circumstances with the coronavirus, I played a lot and even achieved my first golden knife, which was really exciting. However, my experience took a turn when I tried to play a CO-OP mission around 4 or 5 AM. After just 10 minutes into the mission, I got unexpectedly disconnected and received a notification that I have been permanently banned. This situation has left me feeling confused and frustrated as I have never used any hacks or cheats in the game. I have invested numerous hours into playing COD fairly and even spent money on in-game purchases, believing it would become my favorite game. Upon checking the forum, I realized that I'm not alone in facing this issue, and that Activision has not been responsive in resolving similar cases. I'm reaching out to seek fair assistance as I strongly believe in playing ethically. I kindly ask the support team to review my account, reconsider the ban, and provide detailed information on the reason behind it if there was any wrongdoing on my part. This ban has impacted me greatly emotionally, as COD was my primary source of entertainment, and now I feel distressed and let down. I have invested a considerable amount of money in this game, only to be unfairly banned. I last played on Saturday, March 28th, and when I tried to log in on Tuesday, March 31st, I was shocked to see the ban message. I can assure you that I have not engaged in any cheating behaviors, such as using hacks or mods. My gameplay always aligns with the intended rules of the game, and I have never made any discriminatory remarks in chat or voice chat. The fact that I've been banned without cause is truly perplexing to me. Unfortunately, I am unable to reach a customer service agent as the chat appears to be offline, and I am struggling to find a way to submit a ticket for assistance. I reached out to Blizzard, the game's provider, but they were unable to provide any clarification. All I want is to enjoy the game that I have invested in. My gaming ethics are sound; I don't even modify games like Minecraft. My friends and I suspect that my account may have been compromised.

I am having trouble launching Call of Duty Modern Warfare on my PC. The game keeps crashing either during the initial cut scene with Ghost and others, or while it checks for updates. I have deleted and reinstalled the game multiple times, verified my Windows is up to date, and updated my video driver. I have also tried various fixes suggested online like running as administrator. Any help would be greatly appreciated since I pre-ordered the game but can't enjoy it. Thank you.

I am having a problem with my Warzone account. When I downloaded the game from the PlayStation store, I accidentally used my old email, which is still active. Now, I am unable to sync the account with my new email because my new email already has an active Call of Duty profile. I am experiencing issues with Call of Duty: Warzone on my PS4. After joining the lobby, the loading screen never progresses to the actual game, which occurs frequently, preventing me from playing. Last night, I couldn't even join the lobby as it got stuck on "Fetching online profile" and displayed an error message prompting me to contact customer support. There have been no solutions on their website for these problems. I've attempted various router settings adjustments and re-downloaded the game multiple times to no avail.

After each Warzone game, the displayed xp earned is consistently lower than the actual xp I receive. This discrepancy has recurred for approximately three weeks. I notice that I typically receive only a fraction of the xp for matches ranging from 10[redacted]0xp, with even smaller percentages for lower xp matches. Despite achieving noteworthy accomplishments like a 12-kill victory, the xp awarded remains disproportionately low. It's disheartening to estimate a loss of around one million xp due to this ongoing problem. I am an avid player and enjoy the game immensely, but this issue is discouraging.

As an Xbox One gamer, I recently purchased Modern Warfare 2 remastered. I am aware that players are entitled to receive the Ghost UDT Pack for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare upon purchase. Many Xbox users seem to encounter issues with this content. I have attempted various troubleshooting methods, such as reaching out through social media and reinstalling the add-on pack, without success. I am hoping to directly communicate with Activision to provide any necessary information to resolve this matter efficiently. Speaking with an associate through text chat or calls seems to be the most viable option at this time.

Call of Duty Mobile has been a disappointment. The game and website are subpar, and the in-game support chat is lacking. Despite reaching out to support multiple times about glitches, jumps, and crashes during ranked matches, the issue persists. Every time I am kicked from a match, I lose 25XP unfairly. It's frustrating to work hard on my rank only to have it affected by the game's failures. The game's continuous issues have made me lose interest, especially since support has not been able to address the problems effectively. It's disheartening that the game focuses on selling rather than improving user experience.

On April 8th, at 3:31 am, I completed the update and bought the Call of Duty Modern Warfare Battlepass Edition. After downloading everything, I checked my battlepass in Modern Warfare to find that the 20 tiers were not unlocked, despite having the [redacted] coins from the purchase. When I tried to activate it, I accidentally spent [redacted] coins buying it again. As of 12:09 pm on April 8th, I still have not received the 20 free tiers or the battlepass. I kindly request a refund of the [redacted] coins and to unlock the 20 tiers that I purchased. Thank you for your assistance. - M. L.

I recently bought the previous Battle Pass because I just started playing the game and really wanted the Ghost skins that were part of it. I bought [redacted] COD Points and also used [redacted] COD Points from the [redacted] I already had on my account from the free side of the Battle Pass. After the points went through, I purchased the Battle Pass, but my COD Points were deducted, and I did not receive the pass. I've been trying to reach out to Activision for the past 5 days, but the only way to contact them seems to be through a one-on-one chat with an agent. Every time I've tried, I keep getting the message saying, "All our support agents are currently assisting other players. Please try again later." They don't have an email for contact either. I'm feeling frustrated and disappointed with this experience as a new player.

I have completed all levels available but hit a dead end. Recently, I logged back in after being away for more than a week and started browsing the in-game store and battle pass without issues. While waiting in the multiplayer lobby for a friend, I suddenly got disconnected from the server. Upon reloading, I received a "Connection Failed" message stating I've been permanently banned from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare servers.
