Hello, I have been dealing with an issue regarding a spec ops update for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare for about a month now. Every time I attempt to update the game, it restarts automatically once I close it or put my PS4 into rest mode. I have tried various solutions to complete the update, but nothing seems to work. This problem is unique to Call of Duty as my other games update without any issues, even when the PS4 is in rest mode. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this frustrating bug. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Christian. I am reaching out to seek assistance. Ever since season 1 of the battle pass, whenever I attempt to play offline local multiplayer instead of online, I receive an error message prompting me to reset my rank. Initially, I disregarded the message. However, after downloading yesterday's update for season 2, I encountered an issue where it states my data is corrupt or unusable, preventing me from accessing local offline multiplayer. I attempted to contact an ambassador for help, but I have not received a response. I play Modern Warfare on the Xbox One.

I am concerned that there is a lack of consideration for the players of your games. It seems that there are plans to move the games to China, affecting us who have been loyal subscribers for years. As an American gamer, it is important to us to keep the games based in our country. Specifically, as a World of Warcraft player, I wish to see more attention given to improving the game. It feels like the efforts put into the game have been diminishing, despite the financial support from us players. It would be appreciated if there was more focus on listening to our feedback and incorporating the features we desire.

Hello, Unfortunately, my phone was stolen recently, and the person who took it used it to make unauthorized purchases in several mobile games, including CoD Mobile. Thanks to assistance from other game developers, most of the issue has been resolved. I'm reaching out to see if it's possible to receive support from your team as well. I purchased the disc version of Modern Warfare four days ago. I have downloaded all the packs and updates. While I can join multiplayer games and spec ops online, trying to create a private match against bots gives me a "data is corrupt" error. Going offline and attempting to access multiplayer or spec ops says I am missing DLC. I have spent three days troubleshooting, including reinstalling the game and restoring licenses, but the issue persists. I don't have internet at home and this game was meant for offline multiplayer with bots. Many others seem to have the same problem. Activision promised to respond within 24 hours, but it has been 72 now.

After playing each game, I consistently get disconnected due to a required patch update. This has occurred at least 45 times since the recent update, even though there haven't been 45 patches released. I reached out to Activision Support via Twitter but didn't receive assistance. When I called their helpline, the call got disconnected after ringing a few times. Dealing with this issue repeatedly after every 1-5 games is frustrating. I'm remaining patient, but I really need this problem to be resolved. Any guidance on how to prevent these frequent disconnections would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am encountering issues in Call of Duty Mobile Battle Royale. It is frustrating to spend time gearing up only to be kicked out or killed unfairly, especially by players using controllers, PCs, or cheats. Facing opponents with wall hacks or aimbots ruins the experience. Reporting these cheaters seems ineffective, and it is disheartening that skilled gameplay is overshadowed. Many players, including myself and my friends, are becoming discouraged with the game due to these ongoing problems. There is a growing sense of dissatisfaction and a declining interest in playing. It would be greatly appreciated if appropriate actions could be taken to address these issues promptly.

While playing Modern Warfare, I encountered an issue where I can't access the campaign due to a DLC pack missing, despite having previously downloaded it. It's frustrating that this problem seems unique to me and that the support website is unhelpful, leading to a run-around. Activision needs to address this bug promptly. I am experiencing an issue when attempting to play offline local co-op or local multiplayer. An error message pops up stating my data is corrupt or unusable. Playing the game is already challenging due to its design pushing players to camp for a good kdr. Numerous complaints about bugs and problems at the main menu have gone unaddressed months after the release. Activision, please address these issues promptly. While the game is promising, the current situation is unfair. Many players, including myself, paid for a complete game experience but are unable to access significant parts of it. Refunds seem justified at this point. Spec ops, multiplayer, and campaign modes are reported as malfunctioning, demonstrating widespread issues encountered at the main menu. It is crucial to focus on resolving these issues rather than banking on the popularity of Warzone. The lack of assistance is causing players to leave. Providing compensation could allure them back to the game.

I recently purchased three copies of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. After playing for about a month, the game suddenly crashed and now it won't load past the copying add-on screen on any of the three PS4 consoles I've tried. I've attempted initializing the PS4s in different ways, disconnected from the network, and deleted all game data, but the issue persists. I've also tried different game discs to no avail. Other games work fine on all consoles. I've reached out to Activision with no response. I'd appreciate a solution to this problem as I really enjoy the game. If not possible, I would like a refund for the two discs and the last two purchased battle passes.

I recently purchased Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, getting two copies — one for myself and the other for a friend. Unfortunately, my game has not been loading properly since the first time I tried launching it. It consistently crashes on the loading screen, prompting me to start in Safe Mode each time. Despite various attempts like reinstalling the 160GB game, adding exceptions to my antivirus, and waiting for updates, the issue persists. A sizeable 50GB update was released, which I hoped would help, but it didn't change anything. I reached out to Activision for support, but I haven't received a response yet. I am seeking help to either troubleshoot the crashing issue with crash logs or obtain a refund as I am unable to play the game ever since I bought it.

Hello Activision, I am Kavin from India. I wanted to report the deletion of my main account. I have two accounts but only one email. My main and secondary accounts are on different phones. This situation arose before Cod: Mobile introduced the Google accounts login feature. I accidentally registered my secondary account with my main email. When I tried to log in to my main account on the phone, my secondary account took over, and my main account got deleted. The player ID of my main account is "Codslayer123" with the "C" in caps, no spaces, and only the first "C" capitalized. I am hoping to recover my account. If possible, please restore it and link it to the email "[redacted]" with the password set as "Kavindear1."

I am experiencing difficulties with COD Modern Warfare. I can play offline without any problems, and all my systems are functioning correctly. I have no issues playing other COD games online. However, since the latest update on Feb. 26, [redacted], I have been unable to connect to Xbox Live. When I launch the game and press the "A" key on the entry screen to go online, it attempts to connect to Xbox Live but ends up with a connection failure message stating "Unable to access online services" with the options to retry or go offline. Many others are facing the same problem, and there appears to be a lack of response from Activision. I hope this can be resolved soon as it has been frustrating for me for several days now. While playing in a lobby, I encountered an issue where my account displayed as -1.[redacted] with an "e" symbol in Call of Duty Modern Warfare Remastered Multiplayer. This prevents me from gaining XP and has locked me at Rank 1. Despite being unaware of who hacked my account since it happened some time ago, it impacts my ability to use pay-to-win items and create a class, although I have maxed out guns with gold weapons displayed in the main menu. My rank remains at one, yet I still retain my medals for kills and headshots. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my account, even if restoration to my previous level is not possible. I simply wish to resume ranking up.

I have contacted Activision and Call of Duty Mobile support multiple times via their website and the in-game link but have not received any response. It has been almost two weeks since I first reached out, and the lack of communication is frustrating. I am willing to resolve the issue at hand without any unnecessary hassle. I am disappointed that I have not heard back, especially since I am out $50 due to this issue. I would like either a refund or for the unaccounted points to be added to my profile. If this matter is not resolved, I may have to consider deleting the app despite enjoying it.

I have experienced frequent game crashes while playing ranked matches this week. After being kicked out of several games and losing a significant amount of points, I am requesting that the points lost due to these crashes be restored to my account. I am also seeking assurance that if I encounter any future crashes resulting in point loss, I will not be penalized. My goal is to reach Master II before the season ends, and I respectfully request that my rank be adjusted accordingly to reflect this if possible. Otherwise, I would appreciate having my lost points reinstated to rectify this issue.

While playing World At War online, I encountered a frustrating issue. After making a kill, my score showed as negative [redacted], prompting me to exit the game. However, when I tried to return, I was unable to access it despite having recently purchased all the expansion packs. I attempted to resolve the problem by deleting and reinstalling the game, but this did not solve the issue. Additionally, I experienced troubles with Call of Duty Advanced Warfare as my emblems disappeared. Upon unlocking a new emblem, a message stated Sledgehammer Games has a low tolerance for offensive emblems, even though I only used the provided ones and didn't create any offensive emblems myself. Moreover, I've noticed increased lag in this game, leading me to suspect a potential hack. Any assistance on these matters would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

On Wednesday, March 18th, I attempted to access Modern Warfare, but encountered a connection issue to the online servers. A "memory error 13-71" message appeared, which prevented me from playing as usual. Despite trying various troubleshooting steps such as uninstalling the game, resetting my Xbox, and even resetting my internet, I have not been successful in resolving this issue. To be able to play online, I resorted to creating a new Activision account and Xbox profile only to discover that I am back to rank 1. Unfortunately, all the progress I made, including achieving platinum subs, is now at risk of being lost during this quarantine period. It seems that my original profile is causing this problem, possibly due to being part of a regiment. I kindly request assistance in addressing this bug promptly.

Hello, I recently downloaded the Black Ops 4 pass to access additional zombie maps, but I am encountering issues with installing the content. Despite purchasing it, the notification bar keeps saying "waiting to install," and when I try to open it, it says "cannot find application. Do you want to look in the PS Store." In-game, I receive the error message "there is no content, it might not be for sale yet or might no longer be for sale." I have attempted multiple troubleshooting steps, including resetting the PlayStation, restoring licenses, deactivating and activating as the primary device, and deleting and re-downloading the game and DLC. However, none of these actions have resolved the problem. My friend successfully purchased the add-ons, but I am still facing these issues. While playing Modern Warfare earlier today, I encountered issues with some ribbon challenges not working correctly. Upon restarting the game, I was dismayed to discover that my level had been reset from [redacted] down to 1. Despite multiple restarts of both the game and my Xbox, the problem persisted. Although my level eventually returned to [redacted] after playing a match, my weapon levels had been reset as well. Unfortunately, even though I was back to level [redacted], the game did not recognize me as "max rank," leaving the last ribbon locked. Despite still having my previous calling cards and emblems, such as those earned in Season 1 and Season 2, I am unable to progress with the Season 2 ribbons. Additionally, after noticing that my battle pass had been reset to Tier 1 despite my payment, attempts to repurchase it were unsuccessful, resulting in a loss of [redacted] cod points. Subsequent game restarts only brought me back to level 1, Tier 1 without the battle pass. This has been frustrating, especially after investing a significant amount of time and money into the game.
