Hello, my name is Kyle Witt. I recently discovered that my son has made approximately $[redacted] in unauthorized purchases on the game Call of Duty: Mobile within the past week. Initially, I gave him permission to spend $10 for a "Battle Pass" for Christmas, but he continued to make additional purchases through the app. Concerned, I reported the transactions as fraudulent to Google, only to find out later that my son was the one responsible. I am requesting a refund for the unauthorized charges, even if it means his account will be closed. The name on the card is Kyle E. Witt, the Visa ends in [redacted], and the Google account associated with the purchases is [redacted] I apologize for the misunderstanding and appreciate your assistance. Thank you. Game: Call of Duty: Mobile Platform: Android Issue: Unable to recover my account linked to Google Details: Encountered problems with Android system -> Reinstalled system -> Downloaded the game -> New account created automatically due to lack of Facebook link (not using Facebook) -> Previous game account linked to Google, assumed it would restore -> Unable to restore game account through Google option (frustrating!)

I have been struggling to download a 34GB add-on for my game, but it keeps restarting every 5 minutes. Despite having enough space, the issue started with this specific add-on. I tried deleting and reinstalling everything, but the problem persists. My attempts to contact customer support have been unsuccessful. Each time the game reinstalls, it automatically reverts back to the troublesome add-on. The situation is incredibly frustrating as I feel unable to enjoy the game I paid for. After downloading the add-on from the PlayStation Store for Co-Op mode, I have been unable to play at all. Other users seem to have faced similar issues with no solutions. I urgently need either a refund or a prompt resolution to this problem to regain access to the game. I am eager to fix this and resume playing, so any assistance you can provide is greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing issues with my game, "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare," specifically in the Ground War mode. I am encountering heavy lag, delays, teleportations, and sometimes even disconnections with a "connection lost" message. My PC specs are AMD GTX [redacted] Nvidia GPU, 16GB RAM, and an AMD Ryzen [redacted] CPU. I have watched several YouTube videos suggesting solutions like updating drivers, Windows, and reinstalling the game, but none of these have resolved the problem. I enjoy playing this game, but the constant troubles in Ground War mode are frustrating. I am hopeful that someone can provide a workable solution to this issue. While playing with my friend (vortexzz1) who I know doesn't cheat, we faced an unfair situation. Despite observing his gameplay, his account got wrongfully banned due to numerous reports. The email stated I was banned for "cheating," but I was playing normally. The ban message mentioned reports of unfair advantages, which I believe were unjust. The excessive, targeted reports caused this irreversible ban. I've encountered many players like him, and his skills are genuine. Our gameplay is based on teamwork and fair play. If vortexzz1's ban isn't lifted, a refund or action against the initiator, "Seb," for harassment should be considered. It's disheartening that skilled players face such bans unfairly. I urge a review of this situation as it's truly unjust.

On January 9th, [redacted], my debit card was compromised for a Google Activision purchase totaling $10.59. I have already contacted my bank to dispute this unauthorized charge. I am seeking a refund for this transaction. Additionally, I am interested in obtaining more information about the purchase, including details about the user name, location, and IP address associated with it, so that I can take appropriate action against the individual who stole my information. This is the second time this has happened to me, with a similar incident occurring in August for $[redacted].99, for which I am still awaiting a refund.

I have been a proud owner of a PS4 for years and recently upgraded to a PS4 Pro. Unfortunately, when trying to create an Activision account for the new Call of Duty game, I encountered issues using my newly created email address. Despite making several new email accounts, Activision keeps linking them to my old one, preventing me from accessing the new game. I am frustrated with the lack of support from Activision and find it difficult to address this issue through their website. I urge Activision to resolve this matter promptly so I can enjoy playing the game without further hassle.

I recently started playing the new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, and I am experiencing technical issues. After searching for solutions online, I have been unable to resolve the problem. The screen displays bright rainbow colors, which affects gameplay. I kindly request a refund for my purchase and to have the game removed from my account unless there is a forthcoming patch to address this issue. Despite the standard return policy being 72 hours, I believe an exception is warranted due to the game being faulty. Many other players seem to have encountered the same problem without a clear solution. I have played the game for less than an hour, and I am seeking to return it not to exploit the return policy but due to the significant defects that hinder my gameplay experience.

I have completed all Spec-Ops missions to unlock the operator Zane, but he is still not unlocked on my account. I put in a lot of effort playing with random teammates to finish all the co-op missions, but unfortunately, Zane is still not available. I have replayed the missions to see if it would make a difference. I have played all Spec Op missions multiple times trying to unlock all the operators, but it seems that it hasn't worked as expected. Can you help me resolve this issue? I really enjoy the co-op missions and would like to receive the rewards I've earned. By the way, I love the game! Dear community, I recently played some games with my friends, and when I tried to log back in this afternoon, I was shocked to discover that my account has been permanently banned by Bnet. I have bought the full game, including the season pass, coins, and skins through legitimate means and have not engaged in any unauthorized activities. I have reached out to Activision Support, but they informed me that the ban originated from Bnet and they are unable to assist with it. I am frustrated with the issues in the game, mainly with the green star not disappearing and losing progress when the host quits. It's unfair to lose points after playing for so long. Another concern is the inappropriate language being used towards my 15-year-old son during gameplay. These issues need to be addressed promptly to ensure a better gaming experience. Hello, I recently received a ban on COD Mobile from January 13, [redacted] to January 10, [redacted]. My player name is KingofPredator and my player number is [redacted][redacted]. I am unsure of the reason for this ban as I believe I have not violated any rules. I have been purchasing iTunes cards for COD points and have spent over $[redacted] on the game. COD Mobile is my favorite game, and I have been playing it daily since its release. I am skilled in gameplay and controls, using my iPad for gaming and have mastered the game with all my stats earned legitimately. I recently updated Call of Duty Mobile and noticed the new sign-in option. I was excited to create an account without needing Facebook, as I don't have a Facebook account. Upon clicking the new sign-in button, I created an account hoping to keep my progress as a guest player. Unfortunately, after signing in, it only started me at the basic tutorial. I tried refreshing and clicking the guest button, but it still began at the tutorial. I fear I may have made a mistake. Is there a way to recover my progress as a guest player, or do I need to start anew with this account? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I've been experiencing an ongoing issue logging in to Black Ops 4 on my PS4 for the past three days. When I launch the game, it gets stuck on the screen where I'm supposed to press the 'x' button to connect to the online servers. After about 5 minutes, I receive an error message indicating a problem connecting to the servers and suggesting various wolf-themed error codes like A, B, C, D, Silver Wolf, [redacted] Orange Bravo Wolf, Yellow Wolf, or Green Wolf. I've tried troubleshooting steps like resetting my modem and console, but my internet is stable, and other games connect without any problems. I suspect there might be an issue with fetching my player profile causing these errors. Despite having stable internet and saved data, Black Ops 4 remains the only game unable to log me in. I recently purchased [redacted] COD Points in Call of Duty Mobile, which I promptly received. However, two days later, they disappeared. I reached out to the in-game support team, but they took two weeks to respond. The support person only mentioned the new Season 3 update and provided no further assistance. After submitting another request, I received no response at all. I then tried contacting Activision via their website and found myself being bumped back to the beginning of the queue after initially being fourth in line. I purchased Call of Duty Modern Warfare for my grandson on January 22nd. He downloaded it, but it's not the type of game he enjoys. He has Asperger's and can be impulsive with purchases, struggling to make informed decisions. I'd like a refund as £50 is a significant amount for me. I will ensure he deletes the game from his PC. I was playing Modern Warfare on PC on 1/23/20 at 2:30am PST, and everything was working fine. However, when I tried to log back in at 3:00pm PST, it prompted me to sign in to my Activision account, which was unusual. I couldn't recall my password, so I attempted to reset it on activision.com. Despite entering the correct email, I did not receive the reset email after waiting for 30-45 minutes. When I tried signing in through network options, it directed me to create a new account instead of entering a password. Subsequently, I attempted to resend the password reset email but did not receive it after an hour. Eventually, I reluctantly decided to sign up again using the same email, which inexplicably worked. This led me to believe my account was compromised or deleted. Upon completing the sign-up process, I noticed all my linked accounts were now associated with this new account, which is against Activision's policy. I suspect my account was either hacked or removed. I lost around [redacted] hours of game progress and approximately $60 of in-game purchases. I wish for my progress to be restored to its previous state so I can continue enjoying the game without having to start from scratch.

While playing Modern Warfare on Xbox One, I was prompted to log into my Activision account. However, I encountered an error message when attempting to log in, both on my console and computer. Despite trying to reset my password twice, I never received the email to do so. To troubleshoot, I created a new account with the same email address to check if my original account was still active. Surprisingly, my Xbox account was linked to this new account, resulting in the loss of all my progress, including max ranks for Season 0 and 1, camo unlocks, in-game store purchases, stats, Battle Pass Tier [redacted], and COD points. This setback is particularly disheartening as I had accumulated a total playtime of 5 to 6 days.

I have encountered an issue with my Activision accounts on Xbox and PlayStation. Initially, they had the same account number, but now they seem to be in separate accounts, causing my game stats not to link between the two platforms. Even though I've been playing on my Xbox, when attempting to play Call of Duty on the PlayStation, it appears as if my progress has reset. I've attempted to unlink my PSN account from one Activision account to connect it to the one associated with Xbox, but I've been unsuccessful in doing so.
